Prestressed, prefabricated inverted "T" beams of variable widths and heights produced using continuous slip-form machines. For use in the construction of man-made tunnels also with anti-landslide guards, flooring systems for viaducts and bridges, canal road covers and large industrial flooring systems.

The RECTOR PPR flat beams are 7 cm thick and 9 cm wide prestressed concrete elements that can be handled manually; paired together, they are particularly intended for the production of beams above ground floors to be concealed in the plenum of a suspended ceiling.
They are calculated to withstand only one house floor with or without compression table and verified by the RECTOR Engineering Department. Their use offers the safety and guarantee of a certified product.
|
|
Prefabricated in factory with complete industrial tools, the components of frame RECTOR are elements of structure of high-quality out of concrete prestressed by adherent wire or reinforced concrete.
They are intended for the realization of frameworks of works by assembly of the elements between them, for other horizontal or vertical ready-made units, or for cast parts in place. They constitute whole or part of the resistant structure thus.
For the vertical elements of structure, they are posts height of stage or multilevel, of props of cladding and prémurs. For the horizontal elements, they are longitudinal beams, beams, breakdowns.

|
The RECTOR I beams are made of prestressed concrete, with or without end strut. They support the purlins and are used to transfer the stress onto the columns. They can be of constant inertia or variable along the height.

BEAMS TO H
Beams of roofing to constant section, with geometric profile to H, on which the tegoli they support to saddleback. On the credit side upper wing surface introduces a conformation to channel for the collection and digestion of meteoric waters.

Beams have different notations according to their function and position.
They are measured in all different forms and dimensions, and manufactured most commonly as pre-stressed elements.
|
|
|
Precast beams are manufactured in a variety of sizes, shapes and lengths. They are used to construct skeletal building frames. The Consolis Group has standardized the cross-sectional dimensions of the products and normally they are prestressed. The prestressing force and the beam length is adapted to each specific project. The elements are provided with details and inserts for connections and other specific purposes, for example for fixings, openings, etc.

Nearly all construction problems in building and industrial construction can be surmounted extremely well using prefabricated individual elements and segments. The systems have been technically perfected and are particularly attractive in terms of price and performance - your construction budget will be noticeably relieved.
Heberger pre-engineered construction services can point to a number of reference construction projects underlining a further aspect: reinforced and prestressed, precast concrete component construction is quite comparable to "classically" constructed buildings and offers the same variety of forms and architectural aesthetics. We produce nearly every kind of construction element for building construction, civil engineering and industrial facility construction. With such a broad spectrum of services together with our strong reputation in this sector, we are able to offer tailor-made solutions for every application.

Description:
Concrete beam prestressed by adherent reinforcements:
- Section 20 X 20 cm
- Weight 100 kg/ml
- Product of stock
- Available of 1,50 m to 6,00 m of 10 in 10 cm
Advantages:
- Guaranteed Industrial product
- Time of reduced building site
- Significant Economy of the post office masonry
- Weak repercussion (20 cm)
- Removal of the cross walls and their foundations
- Availability close to the building sites
Fields of application:
- Principal Use in support of high floor of basement on new building site or restoration.
- Use in lintels.
- Use in foundation in support of floors on underfloor space out of buildings of housing or tertiary buildings.
|
|
The prestressed concrete beams are components of structure being able to be used like support to support the floors or alone to carry out structures post-beam.
They make it possible to cross an important range with a weak repercussion.
Scope of application:
The beams are implemented in all the types of works. They find a use privileged in the residential buildings, but also in the writing desks, the buildings industrial and the carparks.

The buildings gantries are carried out out of reinforced concrete and are composed of three elements, except for the spans lower than 15 m which require only two elements. The gantries are run in metal formwork on a metal support. The reinforcement differs according to the span, the height and the load on the gantries.
The feet of the gantries are placed and run in the foundations prefabricated. This unit is filled with mortar resistant to the withdrawal.
The composition of the concrete is given in accordance with the applicable standards and satisfy standard NBN B15-001, class C40/50 strength and S500 steel.

Mabo produces this tile in a large range of heights to satisfy all kinds of demand, as regards the capacity lead and the fire resistance.
The TT tile is used to cover great lengths (up to 24 m) of industrial or commercial buildings or mono or multi-storey car parks. This tile is formed by two variable height legs taking the prestressing reinforcement and the eventual loose reinforcement and a reinforced concrete slab with a thickness of 5 cm, a width of 2,5 m and a variable length.
The TT tile is erected upon L or T shaped beams with a distance extrados beam - extrados lower flaps like the tile height. So, once erected, the tile produces with the extrados of the floor holder beams an uninterrupted plane ready for the composite casting.

This structure is the synthesis of an evolutionary process originated by the steel-framed building culture modifying the materials in answer to the new market requirements according to the law in force. Mabo revised the Y section, a classic of the building system, longitudinally, resorting to the truss that does not alter its performance, but reduces the beam weight enormously
description
The truss is formed by two adherent cables prestressed concrete elements, connected by some reinforced concrete piles. The upper part has a transversal section and a longitudinal profile, that are also a rain-water drain. The shape of the lower part permits the introduction of the prestressing reinforcement and of many types of ceiling. The top cover is realized with alluzinc slabs. The truss system is completed with the introduction of the ceiling provided with an insulating layer at the little lower beam; the interspace between the top cover and the ceiling can be used for any installation and is a natural air chamber with an effect "cold roof".

The system building is connected indissolubly to the saw-tooth top cover and to the shed metal fittings; the diffuse illumination this kind of north gap gives still represents the best condition of illumination for work and recreational areas. Mabo was very original: beams with glass infill. Nobody did it before. The result is a top cover system with a high aesthetic level assuring a great brightness and lightness, a big mechanical resistance and suppleness of coupling with other type top cover.
description
Shedzenit is an L section preassembled element. It is formed by a lower continuous element, giving the shape to the drain of storm water and taking the prestressed reinforcements, and by a little upper beam, suitably shaped; these elements are connected by reinforced concrete truss giving the famous triangular windows, typical of this top cover system. The finishing is semi washable white paint varnish on basis of aqueous anion resin. The lower drain is treated and rainproofed in the factory subsequently. All the water, coming from the top cover vaulted elements placed between the head and the lower part of two adjoining shedzenit, goes to this lower drain.
All the top cover vaulted elements are realized with arch shaped alluzinc slabs with a radium of turning space of 400 cm and a high reflectance of the solar irradiation; they also have high density layer of polystyrene with a thickness of 4 cm with a high insulating power.
The finishing is in white mortar bedding sprayed on a fibreglass net. This system has bicameral polycarbonate windows in the exterior part of the tile; the window can be fixed or can be opened through a motor unit.
