Non-warping stainless steel frame with plastic coated plate struts and patented plate clips for adaptation to different plate sizes. Mobile square tube frame with 4 castor wheels, two with parking brake. Hygiene cover to prevent drying and loss of heat. 80 stacked plates can be
accommodated on only half a square metre.

Designed for Baxter Single Rotating Rack Ovens and Double Rotating Rack Ovens, these heavy duty oven racks are practical and durable equipment for your kitchen. Constructed of 16 gauge stainless steel and 4" swivel casters, Baxter's oven racks are offered with spacing between pan slides from 2.5" to 7.5". The 69.8" rack height is compatible with any roll-in retarder with a standard 70" door height as well as all Baxter Proofing Cabinets and Retarder/Proofers.

The Nordien-System GN container trolleys can be used to facilitate
food preparation, storage and transportation. The trolley construction
is sturdy and of stainless steel throughout. The trolleys are fi tted with
125 mm ball bearing wheels, two with brakes. The guide rails have
basket stops to prevent the containers sliding.
