A true modern classic. A new example of traditional craftsmanship applied to modern design. The shell is made from curved multi-ply beech wood, while the feet are made from fine steam-curved solid oak with an aged walnut finish. The perfect balance of lines, curves and thicknesses is thanks to the skilful manual techniques which feature the use of the Pelle Frau® leather from the Color System range, Heritage leather or RAF leather for the seat upholstery. The headrest cushion is height-adjustable.

Camila
rocker/lounger
Matthew Kroeker for HutJ
Camila is an elegant and fresh reinterpretation of the lounge chair. Covered in Kvadrat fabric, the armless black walnut structure and wide seat allow the chair to be engaged from the front or the side. Her seemingly effortless chic masks Camila's underlying strenght and comfort. The generous width of the chair makes her actually a "cahir and a half" and ideal for a variety of positions. This lounger rocks!
Materials:
-Steam bent black walnut frame
-bent plywood seat shell with fiberglass interlayer
-Available in a wide variety of Kvadrat fabrics

The rocking chair or "Keinu" is a functional art piece: beautiful to look at yet extremely comfortable; a peaceful experience.

J16 is a classic among the many rocking chairs which Hans J. Wegner designed over the years. The chair was introduced by FDB Furniture in 1944 and has been in production ever since. Wegner stresses the importance of freedom of movement and ergonomics in his chair design – features particularly embodied by the rocking chair. To accompany the rocking chair, Wegner designed a footstool, a seat and back cushion as well as a neck support. Both the rocking chair and the footstool sport hand-woven seats in natural paper yarn. Also available in beech and oak - untreated, soap treated or lacquered and black-lacquered oak.

Cuna is a stylish rocking chair, conceived to bring out a smile. This design is capable of turning a monotonous moment spent waiting into something surprising and fun.
Aimed at serious, style-conscious clients, it attempts to awaken the small child inside everyone of us. Its sombre, straight lines, with its careful combination of materials (warm, such as solid wood and cold, such as metals) and great attention to detail, are joined in an innovative, dynamic new concept which is reflected in the sensation of gravity combined with unexpected movement:

An eye-catching almost futuristic interpretation of the classic rocking chair. A modern, dynamic piece of furniture built for comfort and which accommodates a variety of sitting positions. The shape of the rocking chair was partially inspired by a shell. This gives it a beautiful organic design which is raw on the outside but smooth and refined on the inside. A piece of furniture that provides a unique experience of inner tranquillity. The steel frame has been constructed without any transverse lines thus accentuating the floating appearance of the chair. The shell is made of vacuum-suctioned plastic and comes in black or white
