Waterproof
The basic panel in the THERMOCHIP range is made of two waterproof chipboards joined to an insulating core made of extruded polystyrene foam.
THERMOCHIP THH offers the possibility of different configurations depending on the use assigned to the panel and the required features. It basically addresses the load and insulation values obtained through the variations in thickness of both the board and the core (see chart).
The THH sandwich panel admits all types of roofing material due to its outside face, and it accepts wallpaper, paint and other decorative treatments on the inside.
THERMOCHIP THH, has a universal application is the most economical alternative in the range.

With the essence and advantages of classic THERMOCHIP the main characteristics of the ALPHA version is that provides greater resistance in wider support distances. To do so, the panel is complemented with a perimeter box made of rafters.
Insulation is also a THERMOCHIP ALPHA that is especially notable. This is because it includes a system that adapts to the most restrictive requirements of the Technical Building Code (CTE). This is achieved thanks to the rock wool reinforced by a steam barrier placed inside the perimeter box.

Waterproof + iroko
The TIrH is a version of the THERMOCHIP panel that is especially conceived for building roofs to maximize indoor space as it enables the homeowner to enjoy a roof with a high decorative value.
It is the highest quality form of the THERMOCHIP sandwich panel range, and it is made up of a waterproof chipboard on the outside, extruded polystyrene core and a tongued and grooved iroko wood board on the inside, available in natural or varnished finish.

With the TFH THERMOCHIP, you get a panel with the highest benefits that arise from bringing together the high insulation values of the extruded polystyrene core with the excellent qualities; especially regarding the resistance to humidity of the phenolic boards that make up the sandwich's inside.

It is a panel which is structural; this means it incorporates the traditional rafters of the roof, which are screwed onto a board which serves as the ceiling and EPS insulation is inserted in the factory, which provides the thermal and acoustic performance.
THE BENEFITS OF THE PANEL
The DPX 32has an insulation which limits the transfer of heat by conduction, convection and radiation, it therefore has the lowest lambda value of any product of this type: lamda 32. This insulation is approved by ACERMI and complies with the new Thermal Regulations (RT2000/2005). As regards the ceiling, the elasified insulation provides a significant improvement in acoustic insulation for air-borne and road noise; it resolves in particular the problem of impact (rain, hail) Laboratory tests confirm the performance of DPX is largely superior to existing panels on the market.
The DPX32 incorporates an insulant which does not damage the environment; no gas is used thus preserving the ozone layer. In addition, it is 100% recyclable, which differs from many systems, which use more hazardous materials.
The DPX32 uses an insulant, which has a European fire classification of Class B. In all cases, the DPX32 roof panels conform to the “Guide to insulation for the interior of domestic dwellings with respect to the risks in case of fire”.
SIMPLIFIED APPLICATION
The DPX 32make installation simple, the joints between panels are fitted in the factory (the panels can be supplied without joints by request and the panels can be joined on site with Polyurethane foam). Self-adhesive strips are placed along the laths, which prevent noise transmission (see detail).
