| Ziplok can be curved in a variety of ways in order to suit the required application. Profiles can be concave or convex curved. They will self curve to a large radius, otherwise they can be mechanically smooth curved down to 5 metre radius convex curves, or 11 metre radius concave curves. If required profiles can be crimp curved down to 750mm radius. For economical curves, design above 45 metre convex radius. |

The surface of the tiles is treated with the color coating of the future, PURLUX, or with POLYESTER-silicon coating, or with elastic PLASTISOL, and thereby able to withstand scratches and abrasion during transport, installation and handling without damage to the base layer of the sheet. The surface of the tiles is also extremely weatherproof, smooth, soil-resistant (Purlux), and corrosion-proof. The tiles are guaranteed to maintain their appearance for years to come.

Tile LUXMETALL is a possibility of covering studied well for the roofs. The sections tiles seemingly similar to the conventional tiles are different by their price and the facility from assembly so that in many cases the preference will go to the metal tiles. Those are available in the colors: black, red tile, clear, green, red Bordeaux wine, gray anthracite, gray graphite, blue and brown green in 200 µ Plastisol, like brown dark, gray anthracite and terracotta in 35 µ polyester chechmate.
The profile resists the bad weather and can, in spite of its reduced weight, being subjected to high static heads. The thickness of the steel core is of 0,5 mm and the panel weighs 5,2 kg/m2.
