Glamour Writing desk, natural finish (102x66x88h cm)
The special elliptical shape of the top goes well with the lightness of its tapered, slender legs. The desk features a flap which opens to reveal a series of niches decorated with ebony and details in mother-of-pearl. A rich, sophisticated texture inlay in walnut and briarwood with an ebony inlay decorates the flap and the useful extractable shelf. There are two spacious drawers which were designed to hold even a portable computer. It comes in a natural polished version or also the classic walnut one (Art. SC18).

Every single piece is an individual construction - a hand-made masterpiece. The Frankfurt cabinets are works of art. Tall chest with writing table. 17 drawers, pensil compartment.
18th Century cabinet makers designed furniture that was simple, yet elegant and functional.
The use of olive burl, walnut and cherry veneers married with inlays of satinwood, rosewood and ebony formed the very identity of fine furnishings.
Just as 18th century designers handcrafted furniture one piece at a time, Francesco Molon emulates those same techniques, insuring products of historic correctness, ageless beauty and great longevity.

Inlaid secretaire, four large drawers and flip down writing table with ten small drawers and one door.
The New Empire Collection reflects a time of opulence and extravagance during which skilled artisans were commissioned, by the wealthy, to create hand-made furnishings for their castles and palaces.
Today that same commitment to history, skill and quality is sustained by Francesco Molon's craftsmen, many of whom are second generation designers and furniture makers.
Their reproductions of antique pieces have become present-day heirlooms gracing the homes of a new generation of discerning patrons.
Francesco Molon takes pride in this remarkable offering of true reproductions in the Russian, French and Italian Empire styles.
