Series 1000 Bollards
The preferred classics among the Reliance Foundry Bollard families, the 1000 Series Bollards present a bold and compelling design that compliment any architectural or landscape setting.
Our Bollards are produced in a variety of high quality metals; the Series 1000 Bollards are available in both Cast Ductile Iron and Cast Aluminum.
Most security bollard installations consist of concrete-filled steel posts that are embedded within the grade around many building sites. Reliance Foundry Bollard Covers add a vibrant enhancement to these otherwise ordinary, security/anti-ram perimeter posts.
Mounting options are available for virtually any construction setting – decorative retrofit of existing pipe Bollards, architectural covers for new pipe Bollards, removable bollards for emergency access, or for use as various stand-alone site features. Natural Faber presents its first proposal. It is a new line of products based on naturalness and simplicity of forms, achieving a great expressive richness and, at the same time, functionality and technical responses that make possible multiple designs and different combinations of materials.
This new line of products, created by the brand Trenzametal, consists of functional modular systems ready to be installed that offers rigorous quality and multiple features. These are new concepts for the city applied to the perimeter protection and street furniture.
The bollards are available in two different sizes. The frame is 80 mm Ø and 2mm thick, the ornamental top is made of cast aluminium. The anchor is supplied with a root to set into concrete by means of a core drill bit Ø > 60mm.
The surface treatment applied is Duplex System anticorrosion treatment (hot-dip galvanization >80 microns + polyester powder coating) according to the European rule EN 13438. The used materials are: pipe of steel quality S-275-JR, top of Zamak and pipe of stainless steel quality AISI-304.

Fixed bollards and posts are most suitable on public or private grounds to border roads, parking or pedestrian areas or simply to protects grounds where vehicles should not be allowed.
These Urbaco products are manufactured in cast iron, steel and stainless steel.

BOLLARDS AND POSTS TO BE FIXED PERMANENTLY
These bollards and posts in cast iron, steel, stainless steel, are embedded in concrete at their bases. The shape of the embedding base may differ depending on the model and may be extended on option if the nature of the soil so requires.
The impact or shock resistance of these articles depends indeed on the quality of embedding and anchoring in the ground and on the nature of the material chosen for the bollard or the post.
BOLLARDS TO BE BOLTED
Bollards to be bolted are used for fixing on a surface with anchoring bolts that are dug into the ground. They are ideal for impromptu installations,
and for sites where no road works will be allowed or possible.

Flexible post of security for the separation of the zones downtown, which does not damage the vehicles, and which does not break sealing in the event of shocks. This post is in spite of sufficiently rigid separating the zones (ex: circulated zone/pedestrian precinct) either to protect from the candelabra or various urban furniture.
