The gate automated Porteo Trafic consists of a sliding gate, assembled on wheels with ball bearing, of an intelligent column and a column slave out of galvanized steel. The unit is made out of coated sheet and is painted by thermo lacquering out of powder.
The intelligent column shelters the various elements necessary for the automation of the gate and the respect of the safety requirements: an engine FAAC 844 three-phase current with oil bath involving the gate in translation using a connection gable toothed rack associated with a programmable automat and a variator of frequency integrated in the wardrobe with management fixed in the intelligent column (the food remains however mono 240V/50Hz). The access to the various elements of automation is done by the door located on the interior frontage of the intelligent column. This steel door is assembled on hinges and is locked using a ¼ of key turn.
Automation is equipped with a anti-crashing security located on the section of the gate, of photoelectric cells ordered in closing, and a blocking stopping device of the gate, as well as ordering of manual releasing in the event of interruption of current or breakdown of the system, exclusively accessible to the only authorized people.
The self-supporting gate, still called gate cantilever, is a sliding gate which is characterized by the absence of rail on the ground.
The installation of this type of gate is extrèmement fast, since a longitudinal beam is not necessary and that only a principal solid mass intended is enough to support the rollers.
For the user, the advantages are the absence of rail on the ground, which involves:
the possibility of having an excavated central passage,
the absence of sudden start at the time of the passage of the vehicles,
no accumulation of died sheets, stones, etc, which end up degrading the operation of sliding on traditional rail.
The low beam is consisted the superposition of a rail in section 136x143 thickness 6 mm, and of a beam section 250x100 mm, thickness 4 Misters.
This type of assembly gives to the gate a very large vertical rigidity as well as side and prète particularly well with a motorization.
