An homage to out ancestral furniture makers, Saw is at once sculpture and furniture. The solid wood table contains several stylized "saw cuts" into which the nickel-plated lampstand in inserted, each providing a different intensity of light or no light at all when placed in the resting slot.
In this age of convenience, Saw hearkens back to a time when the lighting and dousing of lamps was a purposeful act, a domestic ritual punctuating the beginning or the end of an evening.

Brushed stainless steel console measuring 60" x 20" x 38". Manufactured in a 5 mm thick plate with a 16" x 8" x 4" display case in its centre to exhibit one or several curios. The case is itself covered by a glass plate.

Working in close partnership with designers and project managers from the Cunningham McLean Partnership in Glasgow, we have incorporated beautiful black granite tops onto the chic units of stained mahogany, using a curved detail throughout the scheme.
