Zoom on an evolutionary descriptive support of interior adapted to the setting of generalized accessibility of the buildings: the chain of displacement must be continuous and the identical access terms for all. To reach, circulate, receive information whatever its handicap: engine, auditive, visual or mental. The descriptive systems "full access" respect the constraints of comprehension, visibility (contrast environment, height of posting and materials anti-reflecting) and of legibility (contrast support, height of the characters) in position upright as in sitting position. The haptic universe makes it possible to explore information thanks to tactilo-kinesthetic perception for the public partially-sighted person and blind man: Braille, highlighted of writing and pictograms.
The option "full access" is the answer marcal to the problems as regards accessibility (ERP...) following the law of February 11th, 2005 for the chance and equal rights, the participation and citizenship of the handicapped people. It is the guarantee of a descriptive system in conformity with the law "handicap": rules of accessibility, information and indication. A study of establishment according to two axes of major reflection is necessary: the continuous chain of displacement and the logic of addressing of spaces of destination. The principal techniques implemented are the transcription in Braille, the writing in relief and wholesale characters, the recourse to the standardized pictograms and the marked out podo-tactile advance of totem. The full access makes it possible to integrate the handicapped people and to improve quality of life on the long run thanks to an environment accessible to all.

Modern-day architecture is often based on neutral designs and the use of classical materials such as stainless steel and glass. The HEWI floatline is a reserved but determined signage system which integrates well into contemporary architecture. The combination of glass-look acrylic and discreet half-mirrored surfaces creates a material "transparency" with great optical depth, making it stand out against conventional systems. Thus HEWI floatline does not give the appearance of being an afterthought but rather reinforces the impression made by the existing architecture. The partition of the sign in transparent and non-transparent sections allows it to be typographically divided into permanent and variable information. To satisfy the different demands on the service, solutions of the highest standard are available - and even include laser printing which the customer can carry out himself. The transparent elegance of this signage system accords architects and planners a lot of scope when using HEWI floatline.
Function:
Wall clearance achieved by two-part wall fixing glued on rear
Quick disassembly by opening the wall fixing clip connections
Tamper-proof because it has no apparent mounting element
Numerous mounting possibilities: screw, adhesive, suspended, free-standing

HEWI comment® was developed to allow flexible utilisation of signage systems and has high standards of design and function. The combination of stainless steel and glass-look acrylic as found in this sign module guarantees a long service life and creates a high-class effect. The use of these classical and timeless materials makes it possible to integrate comment® into almost all architectural styles. By combining various basic formats and incorporating existing layouts, a multiplicity of possible applications is created.
Business park, shopping centre or home for the elderly - appropriate graphic design of the sign inserts means that HEWI comment® can be used to get across information in a situation-relevant way. The high quality sign inserts of the door signs are quickly exchanged and can be produced and managed on your own system using specially designed software and printed on your inkjet or laser printer. Furthermore, all sign inserts can also be screen or foil printed.
