he Roto HG05 Hinge series features 10" and 13" washability versions as well as a 10" egress version and is suitable for most casement and awning window applications (wood, vinyl, aluminum, and fiberglass). They are available in both 7/16" and 1/2" stack height versions, so there is no need for a spacer. The use of high quality materials and manufacturing processes makes this one of the strongest hinge on the market. The hinges are available in powdercoated steel or Stainless Steel versions.
Features
Each hinge is equipped with Roto's quick disconnect feature that allows for easy snap connection between the sash and frame. With a simple turn of a wrench, the hinge adjusts to compensate for sash sag or window manufacturing variations, up to 3mm (.125"). Additional holes in the hinge arms allow for installation into a bow/bay window and for adding a limiting device.
Performance
Hinge arms are rounded at the edges to resist binding and the track/slider overlaps by 2.7 mm (0.106") to prevent disengagement. The hinge slider is reinforced with a stainless steel insert for greater rigidity and furnishes a 2mm clearance, eliminating interference with screws.
The HG05 hinge is AAMA 904 lifecycle compliant at 125 lbs. on the 13" hinge and at 110 lbs. on the 10" version. Both steel versions are AAMA 907 corrosion compliant at 750 hours for powdercoated and over 1000 hours for stainless steel. The hinges also pass ASTM E1886 and ASTM E1996 hurricane impact testing.

Optimum performance for light-weight doors
Bridge2 is the comb hinge for light-weight doors and windows made using window profiles. It is recommended for use in applications that involve particular cross stress on the pin axis, for example in the case of a very wide sash or an inward or outward opening window.
Bridge2 can be used for load capacities of up to 90kg.
The special shape of the hinge and the channel fixing plates allows fast assembly, even on openings that are already installed, adn perfect positioning of the hinge. Thanks to the removable pin it is possible to separate the sash from the frame without having to dismantle the hinge.
The hinge is supplied fully ready-assembled, with the sole exception of the frame fixing plate. The wide range of articles allows the hinge to be fitted on flush and overlapping sashes made from all the main window profiles.

Domina is the practical and functional front application hinge for the construction of doors with door profiles. Notable for its simple and linear design, which integrates perfectly with the main profiles, it is available in 2-leaf and 3-leaf versions.
The pressure and side adjustments can be carried out easily after door installation, without lifting the sash. The strenght of the hinge enables it to withstand load capacities of up to 120kg.
The hinge comes in a vast range of models, each differing in terms of the step and the sash-frame side C/C distance. This enables the hinge to be applied on almost all of the profiles available on the market.
