Area of the industrial park is 60, 000 m2. We have 3 coating lines so that we can control well the surface of the panel. We have 6 composite lines. We work 24 hours.
Quality:
We have our own three laboratories: mechanical, chemistry and physical. We can test by ourselves more than 20 kinds of test on ACP. We do 8 tests on coating lines and 6 when composing. And we will collect randomly the sample for every order. All the test result should be superior to the Chinese national norm and our WILLSTRONG interior norm.
Certificate:
We have obtained the Fire resistant B1 of CSTB France, Quality certified of Romania, Quality certified and fire resistant B1 of Russia, ASTM standard test etc.
Important project:
Paris Capital International Airport (Airport of Charles de Gaulle) has used WILLSTRONG 6mm, 0.5mm, Fire resistant B1 on its façade. We earned this project with the constructor French. In USD, we have Marvell-Technology Group building of Santa Clara, CA. The Federation Mansion of Russia in Moscow, the highest building in Europe has used also WILLSTRONG panel. |

The idea of the project of Professor Adolfo Natalini is not a claim of dominance, but of symple presence of which the staordinary impact is on its reservedness: Palazzo Forni is well integrated in the urban contest of Bolzano hystoric center, while maintaing its autonomy.
The exterior facade is dominated in the lower level by the limestone Giallo Dorato attached mecchanically on the walls, and in the upper part by the titanium, harmonizing in this way traditional and technological materials to integrate the comfort and aesthetics traits of the "modern" with the contest of the "hystoric" center of the city. |

Royal Siding is a modern manner of finishing the outside façade and it is a finish layer in the thermal insulation system of outside walls. It features a beautiful appearance and provides easy assembly and use. This "dry" technology allows to assemble siding through the whole year round regardless of weather conditions.
The facade made of high impact resistant polymer does not decay like wood and does not rust like metal. Royal Siding is resistant to mechanical impacts and weather conditions. Its shape and structure of connections provide tightness, so no moisture shall get inside, at the same time walls can "breath". Such a facade does not require any maintenance. Periodically, siding may be washed with water and any detergent to remove dirty places and to restore a new and clean appearance.
Royal Siding is manufactured in various types (Royal Crest, Grandform, and Residential) that differ with the outside surface quality resembling wood, and in a wide palette of colours. It can be mounted on any surface (reinforced cement, bricks, metal structures, ecc). When renovating no special preparation or
cleaning of the wall is necessary. Installation
is performed with simple mechanical operations that require neither manpower nor special components.
The structure is installed by securing light alloy guides on which the panels are fixed. The Panels are mounted in horizontal position. The panel is made by a modified fibre-reinforced cement mortar face coupled with a slab of insulating material. The most common methods are with both heights of the panels and also with planned alternation of height and width. |
