SAS System 120 is a range of square and rectangular clip-in metal ceiling tiles supported from a concealed SAS Spring Tee suspension grid. SAS System 120 is particularly suitable for food preparation areas and hospitals where cleanliness is of importance.
SAS System 130 is a range of lay-in tiles supported from SAS Alugrid or SAS Tee Grid. Alugrid-Q features a continuous lineal recess with an M6 thread and negative quirk relief detail abutting the ceiling tiles, giving a completely flush ceiling. Alugrid-P is a plain version without the threaded recess and gives a completely flush ceiling. Tee Grid is a butt cut exposed grid that provides a tegular effect.
For applications where a suspended ceiling with a concealed grid is required, but individual tiles must be easily demountable. Ecophon Focus Ds is installed in a suspended grid system, creating a ceiling with a smooth appearance. The bevelled edges create a narrow groove between each tile. The tiles are easily demountable.

The idea of increasing the sound absorption of a tile with micro holes came from China. The product of it comes from us. The development was the result of a joint German-Chinese programme led by the Fraunhofer-Institute for Building Physics (Stuttgart)
The success of this ceiling system is the development of metal ceilings that give optimal sound absorption values and simultaneously maintain the impression of a closed, un-perforated ceiling surface due to the almost invisible microscopic size of the holes.

DeAmp is developing and marketing acoustical ceilings and walls, utilizing a revolutionary technology; laser cut acoustic micro slots. Sound absorption by micro slotting makes it possible to exploit new indoor areas with smooth surfaces and excellent finish. The technology also eliminates use of mineral fibers, traditionally used in acoustic absorbers.
DeAmp metal ceilings are completely free of fibers and consequently ensure a better indoor environment and easy maintenance. Since there is no use of porous layers, there is no risk of dust problems in a fire emergency. The perforation covers less than 1% of the panel surface and consequently over 99% of the material is left as a reflecting area. DeAmp metal absorbers can also reduce energy consumptions due to their desirable thermal properties. In cooperation with Meta AS, Norway's largest ceiling manufacturer, we offer flexibility in terms of suspension systems and fitting for ventilation and lightning systems. DeAmp metal ceilings are 100% recyclable.
Fiber free sound absorbers ensure a better indoor environment, especially for children and people with respiratory disorders. The products do not emit fiber particles, nor do they collect dust in the slits. They do not absorb moisture, which can lead to fungi and rot, and they are easy to clean with water based products. These benefits reduce costs related to sick leave, loss of productivity and maintenance of facilities.
