Created in 2001, Catifa has evolved into a complete seating system. With its unmistakable, innovative design, this versatile range adapts beautifully to any number of uses and settings: at home, in the office, in restaurants or hotels.
The Catifa collection offers a wide choice of materials and colours. Shell in double-curved plywood, mono- or bi-colour polypropylene using Arper’s exclusive patented “Color Bi” process. The shell can be upholstered in leather, “faux” leather or fabric, or covered in hide or suede. The base comes in chrome-finish steel, satin-finish stainless steel or aluminium and is available in a number of options: 4-leg, trestle with or without wheels, sled or five-star.

FORMULA60 LOUNGE X-FOOT :

Structure, filling and upholstering are studied for giving the maximum comfort. The armchair is assembled on a cross chromed base with swivel column. It's combined then with the multifunctional pouf: upholstered on one side, and in laminated layered on the other, so it can be a footrest or a small coffee table. Available in wools, simil-leather, genuine leather or customer's fabric.

Catifa 70, already known for its sensual lines and elegance, increases its appeal and comfort with the possibility of fitting covered armrests to the shell, for the version with pedestal base. The chair is also available with the new tilt mechanism.
Catifa 70 has a padded shell covered in fabric or leather, supported by a swivel structure in polished aluminium or by a sled base. From this year, the chair will also be available with covered armrests for the version with pedestal base and with tilt mechanism.

Materials
Lippi is a series of easy chairs and guest chairs on different styles of legs. Shell seat of softly moulded birch plywood with upholstered inner side.
Floor plate of Lippi O is of aluminium, Ø 550 x 15 mm, pole of stainless steel Ø 35 mm. Legs of Lippi L and M are of tapered steel tube Ø 28 mm with black foot glides.
Finish options
Plywood is available in natural birch 00, white lacquer 11, white stain 12, white stain opaque 13 and black stain 22. Other finishes and materials are available on request.
Floor plate of Lippi O polished aluminium, pole chromed. Steel tube legs of Lippi L and M chairs chromed or powder coated RAL 9005 black, RAL 9006 white aluminium and RAL 9007 grey aluminium.
Upholstery
Inner side of the shell upholstered with manufacturer’s fabric, leather or COM. Arm rests of Lippi M upholstered with leather.

The new Cherner swivel chair utilizes the same seat as the iconic 1958 molded plywood chairs by Norman Cherner. They are perfect for home or office. The seat is made of laminated plywood of graduated thickness, from 15 plys to 5 plys at the perimeter of the shell.
Finishes: classic walnut, natural walnut, clear beech, 'Stella' Orange, ebony, white, red gum and any combination of finishes, custom finishes available. Upholstery: Cherner chairs and stools are available with upholstered seat pads. The seat pads can be ordered with the customer's own material (COM) or Spinneybeck leather options. The Upholstered pads are fabricated according Norman Cherner's original drawings and specifications. Chairs and stools can be ordered with a seat and back pad or the seat pad only.

An armchair with a highly distinctive design, built using avant-garde technology. The painted metal swivel base now matches the colour of the broad seatbach (in compact polyurethane) with a matt finish. This model is particularly suited to a modern home or offices with minimalist decor. The seat is an integral part of the chair and its cover is not removable.
