Frame
The spokes are made out of square aluminium bars (50 x 20 x 2 mm–60 x 30 x 3 mm). The centre pole has a wounded aluminium profile of 200-400 mm in diameter. The aluminium telescopic head piece is 150-300 mm in diameter. The umbrella profile contains a U profile for the attachment of the spokes. The frame is powder coated.
Mechanics
Inner lying gearbox with and electronic motor.
Stands
The flooring consists of ground boards and an adapter. The centre plate is made of galvanised steel and consists of plates and supports. Galvanised steel bars radiate from this centre plate and support all the other ground boards.
Adapter
The inner diameter is 200-400 mm. The central mast is erected with a hydraulic mechanism.
Canvas
The canvas is made from 12-24 individual segments and each segment slides into a special section attached to the frame. This allows each individual segment to be replaced easily. The cover is fade, light and water resistant. It is designed to withstand all weather conditions and can be ordered with valances or winter valances.

MDT Gastro-Concept Type GK

Umbrella
Umbrella spokes are made of rectangular aluminium sections of 40 x 20 x 2 mm. The mast is made of a round aluminium section of 80 x 3 mm in diameter. The top plate and the crown are made with U profiles out of aluminium to house the struts. The aluminium telescope has section dimensions of 70 x 3 mm. All parts are screwed together andthe frame is powder coated.
Mechanics
The gearbox and the spindle are contained in the centre pole and can be operated by handle orusing a motor.
Stands

Composition
The Gastro concept consists of a Type T parasol along with flooring and side walls.
Cover
The cover is made up of individual segments which are screwed to the frame by Sterling Steel hooks at the top and by rust-proof screws at the ends of the spokes. The cover is replaceable and is fade, light and water resistant. It is designed to withstand all weather conditions and can be ordered with valances or winter valances.
