A transfer grille or grate is a panel or fitting with an opening allowing air or sound to move from one room to another. It is used in both natural and forced-air ventilation systems. ArchiExpo offers ventilation grates and transfer grilles in aluminum, steel, stainless steel and other materials.
These devices are found in residential, office and other buildings to facilitate interior air circulation.
