Safely transport plated meals by the tray from centralized kitchens to patients, nursing home clients or inmates, ensuring optimum food quality within short delivery times. Tough one-piece double-wall polyethylene contruction is easy to clean and maintain and won't rust, dent, crack, chip or break. Rail spacing holds all standard tray set ups with clearances up to 5 1/2" high. Menu clips are conveniently located to hold routing directions, content lists or dietary details. Tall profile units have, non-insulated ABS doors that are lightweight and durable. Low profile units have durable, insulated, molded polyethylene doors that match the cart color. Doors open 270° flush to the sides for easy loading and unloading and can be completely removed for cleaning.

The Nordien-System tray return trolleys as single or double models. Standard tray size 430-530 x 325 mm. Frames are stainless steel complete with polypropylene guide rails. Guide rail distance 125 mm,
capacity 10 or 20 trays. Guide rails have tray stops to prevent the trays sliding. The trolleys are fi tted with 125 mm ball bearing wheels, two with brakes. Other tray sizes on request.

GENERAL PURPOSE TROLLEY
This trolley is based on our standard Post Style Shelving. Available in Post shelf sizes 600 - 900 - 1050 - 1200 mm long and widths of 450 or 600 mm deep. Use either Wire grid or ABS Real Tuff shelves ( 2 or 3 tier ).
Stainless steel handles with zinc lacquered wire shelves or frames.
Standard castors are 125 mm rubber swival. Options are solid S/Steel drop-in shelves, castors with brake and rubber donut style corner buffers.

The top counter on the MDC24F model accommo-dates Cambro insulated beverage containers, organizer bins offer space for merchandising snacks or other menu items. The top counter of the MDC24 model is designed to hold three one-gallon Camtainers®. On both models, the open compartment can store drinkware, additional food items or other supplies.
The two insulated compartments can also be used for food storage, especially during transport.

For models BS-9, BS-11: 4 guide rollers with polyamide treads, 5th roller in the centre with rubber tread. For model BS-7: 2 guide rollers, 2 support rollers, each with polyamide treads. Optional for BS-7, BS-9, BS-11: Rollers with rubber treads.
