High-density chipboard with large chips, sanded surface and particularly screwable core glued with high quality MUF glue. Has high ridigity and bending strength.
The specific composition of coarse chips and the special MUF gluing provide SpanO-SB5® with a number of additional strengths:
- The board undergoes minimal expansion and swelling under high humidity conditions. The swelling percentage of SpanO-SB5® after immersion in water for 24 hours is considerably lower than for an OSB board. Therefore, SpanO-SB5® can, while it awaits further finishing, easily be stored unfinished in various weather conditions for a number of weeks.
- Good bending strength in both directions through the combined use of a layer of large area chips and a high quality UMF glue recipe.
- After production the surface of the board is sanded to a uniform thickness, allowing for a high-quality finish. The board is easy to saw and has low formaldehyde emission (E1 class).

High-density chipboard, MUF glued, with special oblique tongue profile, on two or four sides. The tongue profile ensures high stability and easy installation and allows blind nailing or screwing of the panels.
The Reno Floor Hydro has high rigidity and a hard, unsanded surface. This provides Reno Floor Hydro with great impact resistance. The hard, highly closed surface greatly facilitates cleaning of the floor.
The Reno Floor Hydro is produced with a melamine glue, allowing the board to retain its basic strength and minimise swelling and linear dimensional change, also in very humid conditions.

Suitable for load-bearing applications in humid conditions. Can be refined with paper, melamine, veneer or laminate. The board is easy to mill and has low formaldehyde emission. Natural wood has values of < 2 mg/100 g dry substance; Naturspan HS achieves the same low emission levels. The board is free of isocyanates and phenol glues. Naturspan HS was awarded the first prize by the VBO in the category "ECO product". Naturspan HS is the new name for Naturspan-0.

The UV lacquer is composed of 3 layers (1 pore-filler layer and 2 finishing layers), is resistant to lye and is waterproof. The board has a particularly screwable core, is MUF glued and subject to minimal expansion and swelling in conditions of high humidity. The board is easy to saw and has low formaldehyde emission (E1 class).
