The Vitolig 300 is just as convenient and controllable as oil and gas fired heating systems.
The efficiency and performance are largely due to the digital controls and the modulating output, made possible by the variable speed vacuum fan, which matches output to heat demand. Self-cleaning heating surfaces and ash removal provide long intervals between cleaning.
An optional 150 litre hopper feeds pellets through a fully automated pellet metering auger and can hold up to 2 days worth of fuel, for added convenience.

Particularly affordable log burning boiler
The Vitolig 100 is a very affordable natural draught, log burning boiler in the rated output range from 12.7 to 14.8 kW. Its large combustion chamber ensures long combustion times; the water-cooled grate and the controllable preheated secondary ventilation air ensure excellent fuel utilisation.
Large water-carrying secondary heating surfaces and effective flue gas routing keep flue gas temperatures low and ensure efficient fuel utilisation. Due to the water-carrying grate, the high temperatures produced by the base incandescence are fully utilised.
The hot heating water flows to the rear boiler wall via the rising grate pipes. At the boiler wall, it mixes with the cold return water, thus raising the return temperature and preventing boiler corrosion.

The boiler is mainly made up of a room of gasification or deposit of wood (1) containing solid fuel.
In the lower part is the combustion chamber (2) connected to the room of gasification (1) by the means of a tested cast iron burner (9), completely unattackable, which replaces the old refractory material burner prone to a faster wear.
The circuit of the air is fed by an electric fan (4) in aspiration, directly connected to the fireplace and positioned vertically with the top of the flues (12), thus allowing a strong reduction of dimensions of obstruction of the boiler.
The air is aspired in the room of gasification and combustion by the power station of special ventilation (11) through which one can regulate the primary education and secondary air.
The adjustment of the boiler is obtained by the means of the instruments of the control panel (3).
The boiler is delimited in top by a lid (6) which gives access to the fan and the passages of smoke at the time of maintenance and cleaning.
The loading of fuel is carried out starting from the door (7) and the removal of ashes starting from the door (8) equipped with port-hole for the visual monitoring with the flame.
The coat insulation, with the modern and functional design, strongly reduced heat losses.

PELLEMATIC MORE - the economic boiler
The PELLEMATIC MORE uses the most advanced technique of the market of heating. While adapting to granulated of wood the technology of condensation, ÖkoFEN initiated a revolution in the field of heating to wood.
It is about a innovating solution, which exploits the energy evacuated in the flue gases. The steam contained in this smoke is cooled until it condenses and releases energy that it contains. This technique makes it possible to recover between 10% and 15% of additional thermal energy.
Technique of the condensation of the PELLEMATIC MORE:
The temperature of return of water of the circuit of heating must be low, as much as possible lower than 35°C, for an optimal operation of the condensing boiler. One finds these conditions on installations low temperature with walls or heating floors. It is possible to use in parallel of the radiators, however the returns floors and radiators will have to be separate to the boiler.
