AELLE80 STH enables to make “double thermal break” frames by using combinations; thermal break aluminium profiles for the outside and joists in natural solid wood for the inside.
The structural features of this system are the perfect solution to any project requirement. The SF65 system with a design depth of 65 mm has very good heat insulation properties and is particularly suitable for installation in complex structural geometries. It can be used as a floor-standing or suspended variant. Enjoy the material timber in the form of our SF65 system.
This system provides warmth and cosiness in connection with glass. Thanks to the water-soluble surface treatment, the 3-layer glued timber materials e.g. made of meranti or pine are made weatherproof for years. Slim profiles and a flush-to-surface fittings technology underline the unusual features of this system.
Further possible appurtenances include recessed floor tracks, tilt-and-turn panels for ventilation, special glazing etc.

The finishing of the wood on the inside can be chosen among different tones of mordanting and paint or, if oak is used, the wood can be sample-brushed or bleached and brushed.

The 50 IWood series has been designed for the fabrication of mixed wood and aluminum frames with elevated performance features, combining the elegant appearance of wood with the durability and resistance typical of aluminum sections. The system, sized for a standard groove, (air 12 mm. displacement 13 mm, line 18 mm) allows the installation of commercial accessories from the best brand names and it is also available in the most recent anti-theft version. Special attention has been placed on the mounting of the hinges: ALUK has designed a specific accessory that allows the installation to be exact and durable, guaranteeing the performance of large, heavy frames. The series is completed by profiles for the fabrication of doors opening inside and outside and tit and slide doors.
