Our range of professional roof extract fans is rounded off by new certified and DIBt approved roof smoke-extract fans. These models can operate for two ours at temperatures of 400 °C or 600 °C. Extraction rates of up to approx. 58,000 cbm/h are achieved with two times 23 types.
Smoke-extract roof fans of the lines RDM 56 and RDM 57 are provided for eliminating heat and smoke in case of fire especially in the first phase with usually high smoke content. They have to keep the escape ways smoke free, reduce damages, and ease fire fighting actions.

The two central components of the MaicoFlex system are:
Air distributor MF-V
· "Installed with a click" - the clever 360° sealing lip guarantees rapid attachment of the MF-F flexible ducts and reliable seal integrity.
· Unit cables can be connected up in 3 places: at the top, bottom and front. This makes flexible planning and installation possible.
· Easy to attach distributor to ceiling with the help of threaded rods.
Adaptor MF-A
· "Installed with a click" - thanks to the intelligent click principle, the adaptor is quickly linked to the MF-F flexible duct. Slide in - click - done!
· Quick and easy to secure to brickwork thanks to integrated installation anchors.

All casings are manufactured from electro-welded sheet steel protected against corrosion by grey epoxy-polyester paint coating.

The Hideaway SHM is a duct mounted in-line centrifugal fan with dual circular inlet spigots, designed specifically for installations where space is at a premium and noise levels are an important design criteria. The SHM is designed with a two speed motor where ventilation is either by continuously running, or boost ventilation when there is full occupancy.

The ABS Sola-Boost is the smaller brother of the Sola-Boost systems and is available with a 550mm diameter trunk. The system is ideally suited to internal areas such as small offices, meeting rooms, group rooms, nurses stations etc.
The internal boost fan supplies an additional ventilation boost of 50l/s at full summer sun. The system is constructed from recycled ABS with internal aluminium supports providing a lightweight system.
The unit can be supplied with a moulded ABS flashing plate to suit flat roofs or a painted galvanised flashing plate to suit tiled or slate roofs. For metal roofs the roofer is required to prepare a circular upstand to which the system fits to. The system is provided in a standard dark grey finish but can be provided in any BS or RAL colour.
