Each Camfil Farr Megalam Panel Filter includes:
- Micro glass fiber media in efficiencies from 95% @ 0.3 micron to 99.99995% @ MPPS1. The media is pleated using Camfil Farr’s Controlled Media Spacing™ technology. CM'S™ ensures optimized filter element depth and pleat spacing resulting in minimized configuration losses and low resistance to airflow. · Continuous glass filament separators to ensure uniform pleat spacing and form a rigid self supported media pack. Media-to-media contact, and associated fiber break-off, is eliminated.
- A heavy-duty, lightweight anodized aluminum frame for high-strength and ease of installation. The frame corners are secured with Camfil Farr’s exclusive Klip-Lok™ mechanism for module durability and long-term integrity.
- A media pack that is potted on all four sides with Camfil Farr’s CamPure™ polyurethane sealant. CamPure is a fire-retardant, thermally/chemically stable, shock-adsorbing polyurethane elastomer sealant, assuring leak-free integrity and low-out gassing.
- Manufacturing in a ISO Class 7 (M 5.5, Class 10,000) cleanroom and testing a ISO Class 5 (M 3.5, Class 100) clean space.

High efficiency ASHRAE filtration in a compact, energy efficient, package.
The Camfil Farr Opti-Pac™ provides high-efficiency ASHRAE performance in a compact 4” deep supported media configuration. Ideal for HVAC systems where space may be a limitation, variable air volume systems (VAV), high-humidity applications, and as a replacement for existing 12” deep box filters. The Optipac:
- Is available in the following efficiencies: MERV11, MERV 13 or MERV 14 per ASHRAE Standard 52.2. Respectively it has an equivalent MERV-A for all efficiencies when tested under Appendix J of that Standard.
- Incorporates a wet-laid micro fine glass media (up to 113 square feet) in a close-pleat™ design for optimum airflow, low system air resistance, and extended service life.
- Includes media spaced and supported with thermoplastic resin separators assuring full use of media area and uniform airflow through the filter.
- Media bonded to the periphery of the enclosing frame eliminating the possibility of air-bypass.
- Has an enclosing frame constructed high wet-strength beverage board assuring rigidity during operation and pack integrity throughout the life of the filter.

The Camfil Farr Hi-Flo® offers high efficiency ASHRAE grade filtration to address today's indoor air quality problems.Hi-Flo pocket filter The Hi-Flo can remove contaminants such as fumes, smoke, bacteria, fungi and virus-bearing droplet nuclei. The Hi-Flo is the filter of choice for the removal of nuisance contaminants such as pollens, paper dust and other atmospheric impurities.
The Camfil Farr Hi-Flo incorporates high lofted air laid micro fiber glass media to ensure reliable efficiency throughout the life of the filter. Equipped with a high quality filter material, with small fiber diameter and uniform lofting, it guarantees a consistent and reliable sub-micron particle capture throughout its lifetime. Synthetic micro mesh media backing ensures media protection and support in turbulent or varying airflows.

For fully incinerable bag filters, we recommend Hi-Flo Green. Hi-Flo Green has a very reliable plastic frame which enables complete incineration of used filters. Apart from the frame, it is made with the same superior materials, design and performance as Hi-Flo.

Camfil Farr Type F/S air filters are cleanable, low pressure drop, low or high velocity permanent panel filters for applications with high lint or large particle concentrations.
Camfil Farr Type F/S Panel filters are constructed of an electro-galvanized steel media mesh, assembled into alternating layers of corrugated and flat layers and enclosed in a 20-gauge galvanized steel frame.
The Camfil Farr Type F/S:
- Media layers are permanently fastened to ensure rigidity
- Enclosing frame has flush mitered corners for added filter life
- Filter bottom has drain holes for drainage during cleaning

Camfil Farr Type 44 are high-velocity air filters for the elimination of oil and water mists. They are cleanable, low pressure drop, permanent panels for industrial and commercial applications.
When installed vertically, the filter shall be 98% efficient on 20-micron size contaminant when operating at a velocity of 500 fpm face velocity. Initial resistance to airflow shall not exceed 0.12".
All standard Type 44 air filters include:
- A 16-gauge galvanized steel frame capable of withstanding the rigors of many system removals and filter replacements during standard maintenance cycles.

The Camsorb® CH Loose-Fill V-Cell Cartridge is recommended for reduction of modest occupancy odor loads, peak-shaving* of ambient air pollutants, and continuous control of low-level gaseous contaminants in make-up and air recirculation applications. It is a cost effective filter for control of odors and outdoor pollution.
The Camsorb CH Loose-Fill V-Cell Cartridge may be installed in any HVAC application where the use of outside air for contaminant dilution is burdensome and cost-prohibitive to the building operator. Use of the Camsorb CH Loose-Fill V-Cell cartridge for contaminant adsorption and removal allows for minimal introduction and conditioning of outside air, thereby significantly reducing energy costs associated with heating and cooling of required make-up air where a sorbent filter is not applied. This method for contaminant removal is specifically prescribed in the ASHRAE Standard 62, Ventilation for Acceptable Indoor Air Quality.
Each Camsorb® CH Loose-Fill V-Cell Cartridge features:
- Lightweight and compact honeycomb panels containing the sorbent media, mounted in a plastic frame for easy installation and disposal.
- Nominal 1-inch mounting header.
- Low resistance to airflow (nominal 0.38” w.g. at 500 fpm).
- To maximize sorbent lifetime, install a minimum MERV 10 efficiency particulate filter upstream of the cartridge (to control carbon dusting, install a second particulate filter downstream).

The III pleated filter offers medium grade ASHRAE efficiency and sets the performance standard for those upgrading from lower efficiency pleats, throw-aways or pads. The Aeropleat III has a of MERV 7 when evaluated per ASHRAE Standard 52.2-2007 and a MERV-A of 7 when evaluated under Appendix J of that Standard.
As a stand-alone filter, the Aeropleat III will remove many of the contaminants associated with today's indoor air quality concerns. Available in 1", 2" and 4" depths, its increased media area offers an extended service life when compared to lower efficiency filters.
Built for Today's HVAC Systems the Aeropleat III:
- Has 10 pleats per linear foot (2" deep model) with a radial pleat design for full use of media area.
