Features
These units allow to extract a certain amount of exhaust air from the room and supply an equivalent quantity of fresh air.
A crossflow aluminium plate exchanger assures an efficient heat exchange between exhaust and fresh air: therefore the fresh air is pre-heated or pre-cooled according to the seasons.
The supply air is filtered before entering the heat recovery exchanger that is protected with a synthetic filter also at the exhaust air side.
The supply air can optionally be re-heated with a hot water coil or with an electric coil.

The ZEPHIR units for fresh air treatment come with a thermodynamic heat recovery system, designed to ensure best change of air in terms of quality and energy. They are equipped with:
- plug fans with backward-inclined vanes and variable capacity to optimise the quantity of air to be treated in relation to the real requirements consequent to climatic situations and crowding of the spaces served;
- active recovery with maximum efficiency, also with small differences in temperature between the two airflows (outflow and discharge);
- electronic filters for air filtering (very low loss of pressure) with efficiency up to H13 or rigid bag filters (F7) (optional);
- optional integrative hot and chilled water coil, complete with modulating three-way valve;
- dehumidifying function with hot gas post-heating coil (optional)
- optional modulating water spray or droplet separator humidifier for controlling winter humidity;
- Free-Cooling device for maximum energy saving;
- power board with control, sensors and actuators, factory wired and tested.

Group/kit of VMC for ventilation continues housing with a network of centralized conduits. By a renewal of constant and controlled air, it allows the drainage of visible and invisible pollution, and in particular of moisture. Installed in a reduced space, the group makes it possible to answer the problems of implementation met with the groups suspended in the roofs.

By a renewal of constant and controlled air, it allows the drainage of visible and invisible pollution, and in particular of moisture. Installed in livable volume, the apparatuses are characterized by a low acoustic level, low fuel consumption (microwatt, basic consumption of Mono to 2,5 W) and the possibility of rejecting the air in conduit, thanks to an electronic regulation of the flow.
