TIM is an armchair, in keeping with EN standards 1335-1/2/3 type B. It is a chair with padded seat cushion and back upholstered in fabric. Features synchro or knee tilt mechanism and gas lift. Cantilever frames are in painted steel. All swivel armchairs are standard equipped with hard wheels for soft floors. Soft wheels (bicolour) must be requested for hard floors.

Features: A modern masterpiece. Hans Wegner designed some of the most important wooden chairs of the 20th century. However, in 1950, he turned to chrome-plated steel in this modernist mixing of metal, plaited flag halyard cord, leather, and optional longhaired sheepskin. The shape of the chair's seat was conceived during a holiday in Århus, Denmark. The family spent many days on the beach, and using sand Wegner experimented with the shape of the seat. Bedroom made with rattan and chipboard veneered with ash wood, available in different finishes, stained and lacquered, all of them anti-scratch and chracterised by higt chemical resistence and UV stability. All tops have borders in solid wood. Headboard and wardrobe doors can be in ash wood with core webbing decoration, or upholstered with removable covers. The wardrobes with standard doors have melamine carcase; the ones whit sliding doors have the external parts in ash wood and the internal parts in melamine. Wardrobes are provided inside, on customer’s request, with drawers, shelves hangers. All drawers have metallic glides with autostopper. The desks are available in different versions, with or without refrigerator. Custom-made elements are also possible, offering a large choisefor the furnishing of any kind of room.

The core unit is a molded two piece polypropylene shell that has a thin upholstery cover. Note: this creates a firm, durable seat unit suited for high impact use.

The Obi Collection was inspired by the traditional Japanese sense of design that displays not only the beauty, but the balance between function, the potential of materials, and the context within which an object is used.
The three chairs in the collection are Obi, Opal and Staccato. All address the importance of the first view of a chair - the back view. The wonderful wood joinery combined with dark and light hardwoods as well as translucent plastic panels in the Opal chair reinforce the architectural concept of the chairs.
The solid wood frame is available only in a combination of unsteamed beech and mahogany with a clear finish over both. Upholstery is COM or COL.
