Siro Palkki is an excellent choice for waiting and lounge areas and other public spaces where elegance and harmony is required. Form of the seat is familiar from the Siro side chair where the plywood narrows towards the ends and creates beautiful form. Elegant leg construction combines the seating to a harmonious whole. The seating is easy to maintain, fulfilling the requirements set for seating systems for public areas. Siro Palkki is available as a 3-, 4- and a 5-seater. Depending on customer requirements, the seating comes with or without arm rests. To offer more privacy, arm rests can be fixed between every seat. Fixing in the floor is possible.

Materials
Beam 80 x 40 mm (50 at the end) steel tube, legs steel bar 30 x 10/15 mm, round feet of flat steel dia 50 mm. Seat of moulded birch plywood. Optional arm rests steel bar 30 x 8 mm with a slat of solid wood on top.
Finish options
Birch plywood available in natural lacquer 00, white lacquer 11, white stain opaque 13 and black stain 22. Other wood finishes are available on request. Legs chromed or epoxy coated in black RAL 9005, white aluminium RAL 9006 or grey aluminium RAL 9007. Other epoxy finishes are available on request. The beam is always powder coated. Upholstery with manufacturer’s fabric, leather or COM.

Developed by the Haworth Design Studio, DSC Axis 9000 provides the perfect solution for institutional seating in universities, auditoria or conference halls. The range can be installed in a straight line or a curve, on steps or a slope, and consists of flip up seats to ensure ease of access.
You can choose whether your DSC Axis 9000 fold up seats or back rests are upholstered, finished in beech plywood veneer, or come in a simple steel and aluminium powder painted finish. This final option is ideal for areas where fire and scratch resistance are a high priority.
The range also offers desks, either as fixed or flip up tables, or foldaway armrest writing tablets. The fixed desks include cable management with optional power and network connections.
DSc Axis 9000 offers even more accessories including: individual armrests, modesty panels, seat and row numbers and even an under-seat document rack.

Each seat is a monoblock structure made of beech plywood, 12mm thick. Both the backrest and the seat have an asymmetric shape, and are finished with two layers of polyurethane varnish -shade to be chosen by the customer.
Upholstered version has the structure covered with polyurethane foam, 20mm thick. Upholstery: M-1 fireproof fabrics or M-2 flower leather.
Fixing to the frame support is achieved by means of a steel plate, 2mm thick. Welding to the frame is made under tested conditions, with bow of continuous thread. Seats are fixed to the plate at 4 different points by means of auto- blocking screws.
