The process starts with the submission of drawings or finished artwork from the customer. These drawings are the basis for the production of photographic negatives, which are in turn exposed onto a pre-stressed woven mesh of nylon or polyester fibres (the screen). The stencilled screen is then positioned above the glass surface and the ceramic paint is forced through the openings in the fibre mesh giving the desired design. The printed glass plates are then dried with hot air prior to heat-treatment. Next, the ceramic paint is fired in a tempering furnace at a temperature above 600 °C. The paint fuses onto the surface of the glass to form a permanent and durable finish. The heating and cooling process simultaneously provides the enamelled glass with tempered safety glass properties.

Technographic Interlayer is a high resolution printed polyester interlayer laminated between two or more glass surfaces. Virtually all color profiles can be produced on clear, translucent or opaque film creating images ranging from standard text or logos to photo realistic images. Traction Control Frit for Glass Flooring
Traction control flooring is made using a self-texturing enamel permanently fused to the glass surface. The coating provides aggressive traction properties to the glass surface and results in a superior slip coefficient as a safety feature for glass flooring. TC Frit can be applied to many different thicknesses of glass as well as to combinations of thicknesses laminated together to satisfy weight or building code requirements. This product is offered in standard or custom patterns to give flexibility to the degree of translucency and traction control required.

Clestra's LOFT partition is an ultra-light system made up of glazed panels, solid panels and a doorset in a crisp simple and uncomplicated design. This system has been designed to appear lightweight, encouraging transparency and opacity through the glass separating partitioning.
The glazed LOFT panel comes in one single glazed version, 10 or 12 mm thick, mounted between elegant profiles. The solid panel is made up of two independent sides, with a total thickness of 83 mm. The two 16 mm thick facings are joined together by a ultra thin 2 mm junction.
