The main areas of application for Thermofloc cellulose insulation are roof insulation (full rafter insulation without rear ventilation), and the insulation of walls and ceilings. One important area of application is the insulation of old buildings which lack adequate thermal protection.
Roof insulation: Thermofloc Blow-in Insulation is installed in the existing construction - without any need to cover the roof afresh. Thanks to the technique used, this procedure saves considerable costs.

Unlike the Blow-in Insulation, Thermofloc Floor Filling is processed by hand and used exclusively as a non-pressure-resistant insulation at the horizontal level (ceiling on the top storey, between joists in a wood-joist floor construction).
In order to ensure better manual processing, the insulation material is less compressed in the packaging. Thermofloc Floor Filling is available in 12 kg sacks, with 24 sacks per pallet. The insulation material is simply poured on evenly to achieve the desired insulation thickness and then spread to form a level surface. Material consumption is approx. 35 kg/m³.

Ure-K is a thermal barrier approved as a building interior insulation to delay the ignition and reduce the surface burning rate of low melting, combustible rigid spray-on polyurethane foam. Ure-K may be sprayed over foam in existing buildings or it can be used as a protective coating over foam in new construction projects as a combination system.

Celbar is a blend of specially prepared cellulose fibers, organic in nature, treated with adhesive and fire resistant chemicals. When sprayed in place, the interlocking fibers result in a mass that produces excellent sound and thermal properties.
Celbar is pneumatically spray-applied in wall and floor/ceiling cavities to form a monolithic coating. This process seals cracks and holes in the wallboard, around plumbing and electrical outlets, vent ducts and other irregularities. There are no compressed areas or voids to allow sound leaks, R-value reduction, or air infiltration.

K-13 is the spray-applied insulation tailored to your specific project requirements for insulation (R value), noise reduction (NRC), color, durability, condensation control, texture, and aesthetics. In addition, it usually provides these features at lower installed prices than many common systems such as rigid board and batt insulations, sprayed plasters, and acoustical ceilings. It is applied to virtually any properly prepared surface configuration of wood, steel, concrete, glass and other common construction surfaces. K-13 can be sprayed up to five inches thick overhead in one application without mechanical support. Additionally, K-13 serves as the exposed finish requiring no additional materials.

Hemp for stuffing applications is the no.1 moisture regulating gap filler!
Fields of application are the gaps between the beams and the walls as well as the hollow spaces next to windows and doors. Its use for skylights in the cover frame, in order to prevent damage caused by condense water, has also proved successful. Hemp for stuffing applications consists of mechanically processed hemp fibres which are impregnated with 3-5% soda.
|
|
Hemp Felts and Hemp Felt Stripes are made of needled hemp fibres which are impregnated with soda. They have a climate regulating effect, the improve the indoor climate and protect wooden surfaces from humidity differences.
Fields of Application: Hemp felts as underlay for parquet floor.
Hemp Felt Stripes as decoupling felts for wooden construction.
