SPACE REFLEX® foil SR 41 DB F5 is composed by two sheets of aluminium on both sides, with two layers of stanched air bubbles, hermetically closed and one layer of foam on the interior. This product is a Thermo-Acoustic Insulation.

This is an extruded polyethylene foam structure which is composed of 4 laminated layers of 2 mm (alternately green/white) in a 25 kg/m3 density and printed with the name "acoustic", on a top HDPE film. Using the 100 mm overlap on the top sheet it is overlaid (shingled) in use, eliminating cold spots. Thus the thickness will never be less than 4 x 2 mm and never more than 6 x 2 mm. The material is inert and moisture free, has a high resistance to chemicals and acts as a vapour barrier.

The complex is made of two 3 mm layers of extruded polyethylene in 35 kg density. Grey to the bottom and white to the top. The top layer is laminated to a layer of HDPE which carries the trade mark ACOUSTICREFLEX®. Using the 100 mm overlap on the top sheet it is overlaid (shingled) in use, eliminating cold spots. Thus it is in total minimum 6 mm and max. 9 mm on the overlap. The material is inert and moisture free, has a high resistance to chemicals and acts as a vapour barrier.

TRISPACE HABITAT® is o new concept of multi-layer wadding/foil insulotlon motetlals that combines TRISPACE® wadding (fibre proportions of 1% and less), 12-micron foils (aliminium sheets) and outer loyers mode of reinfotced aluminium. This concept achieves optimal heat reflection by returning the heat that is generated inside the house by the heating system during the winter and by expelling the heat in the summer in order to avoid any sudden température changes.

Composition :
Quatro® M1 is a top-of-the-range complex combining thermal and acoustic insulation.
The reflective surface (99% pure aluminium) is covered with a protective varnish that prevents any oxidation phenomenon.
The heat and acoustic insulating surface is obtained by 4 layers of fire-retardant polyethylene bubbles with trapped dry-air bubbles.
This multilayer insulator encloses 3 additional air spaces between the 4 layers of bubbles, thus ensuring extremely effective insulation.

Contrary to traditional insulations which slow down the passage of heat towards l%u2019interior of the Building industry in summer and l%u2019exterior in winter, insulations by reflection s%u2019y oppose by forming a genuine thermal barrier. Their performance thus primarily will be measured by the coefficient of reflection but also by the quality of the interrupter used between the two d%u2019aluminums layers so d%u2019éliminer the thermal bridges. For this reason the interrupter used in the manufacture of the SKYTECH is a fiber glass tablecloth E whose thermal conductivity is of 0,033 W/M°K which is thus an excellent material insulation.
