Favemanc Acústica is an absorbent wall parameter, which is composed of large format Clinker clay plates with perforated frontal face. The panels are fixed to a wall or structure with an aluminium frame structure and fastened with special stainless steel clips.
The acoustic plate is aimed for areas with high noise levels like Casinos, Schools, Auditoriums, Concert Halls, Sport Pavilions etc. Its technical characteristics are remarkable, since they are an addition to those of a high quality extruded Clinker Clay with high levels of acoustic absorption. This calls for the application in areas of demanding criteria for acoustic insulation material.

The Phoniceram® is a single-skin cladding product with horizontal or vertical perforations, and fixed on horizontal rails. It is used for the acoustic correction of noisy areas.
It may be combined with Zephir® (cladding product). It is available in six colours.

We are proud to introduce you to our VENTILATED FAÇADE SYSTEMS, FAVEMANC.
Our company, Gres de la Mancha, S.L. is the Spanish leader in the manufacturing of extruded glazed ceramic tiles “GRESMANC” and ventilated façade systems “FAVEMANC”.
We have two systems: XA and XB with different thickness (40mm and 15mm) and lengths (up to 1350mm) with a wide variety of colours and finishes.
All our products have a low level of water absorption; they are stain-proof, frost resistant and thermal shock resistant. No maintenance is needed.
Despite its resistance, the substructure is very simple and easy to install. We have carried out different quality test in several official laboratories in Europe with successful results throughout. We enclosed a copy of the Spanish quality test (DIT) in English.
You are kindly requested to visit our web site: www.favemanc.com where all our products are in display.

Tile Plates are attached by special fasteners to a substructure. A junction profile is installed at the vertical junctions.
Tile Plates are attached by special fasteners to a substructure. A junction profile is installed at the vertical junctions.
It has three functions:
- Impact rain protection
- Prevention of the lateral shift of the plates
- A shock absorption effect, and hence a relatively soft attachment of the plates, as well as prevention of rattling in the wind.
Structural Characteristics
The technical and physical values of the ArGeTon® Tile Plate have been officially tested by the Dresden Materials Testing Agency and the Hanover Construction Materials Testing Agency.
- Frost resistant as per DIN 52252, Part 1, minimum of 50 freeze-thaw changes without damage
- Non-combustible
- Shape-retaining
- Insulation as per Energy Savings Ordinance - the thickness of the insulation is not dependent on the substructure. The type of the insulation can be freely selected. The attachment can be carried out in accordance with the respective manufacturer's requirements.
- Water drainage and water passage out of the façade are guaranteed by the head and runoff grooves on the tile plates.
- Ventilation takes place through the horizontal junction crack between the tile plates. The back ventilation of the façades is guaranteed by a sufficient gap from the wall/insulation of a minimum of 20 mm.
- The additional noise insulation of the building by the ArGeTon® Tile Plates reduces air-carried sound by approx. 9 dB, depending on type of application.

The consequent development of our long-proven Aluform roof systems
Optimal Aludeck roof systems bear the following properties: high corrosion resistance, low dead weight of aluminium with the
new, time-saving, turn-in connection technique.
Installation times are considerably shortened due to the omission of the conventional flanging machines.
The connection technique designed by Aluform has shown in technical material testings to have a considerablly improved and hence also a more stable reserve bearing capacity for the case of strong wind suction load than classical seam systems.
Aludeck profiles are best suitable for lengths up to 40 m.

Vertical section
They represent the support, by suitable screws and plates that facilitate the regulation and the insertion, of the supporting slab plates. They have the task to transfer the weight of the covering to the bearing plate of the building (board girder) so that to charge of plugging is avoided.
Horizontal section
They allow the fixing of the covering independently from the width of the plate, characteristic that makes them particularly suitable to the anchorage of running plates.
|
|
Slab holding plate
They have the aim to support and to brace the covering material. For the stone materials, plates with turned arms, that slip into the countersink of the plate, are used.
RL anchorage
They have the aim to support and to brace the covering material. They are fixed on the wall without vertical sections. This anchorage allows the regulation of the overhang without intervention on the pallets.
Bearing plates
They are used to support the profile and to lay it at a distance from the wall, in case it’s necessary to increase the distance between the wall and the exterior cladding, for example to insert the thermal insulation.
The plates used to lay it at a distance are of different types, according to their specific use:
- Omega plates
- Semi- omega plates
- “S” plates
- “L” plates

LCBA is a glass coating applied to the unexposed surface of glass in order to produce an opaque colorful finish. LCBA is available in a wide pallet of standard and custom colors including both solid and metallic. The wall cladding produced by Goldray with LCBA coating is an impact and abrasion resistant product, which is easy to keep clean and very low maintenance. LCBA colored glass coating can be used in many applications such as wall cladding, back splashes, elevator cabs, counter tops and many other interior uses where an opaque finish is desired.

Totalwall System
CGL Totalwall is a proprietary structural backing wall which forms the inner leaf of the multi-layer wall which characterises the ventilated façade concept. CGL takes responsibility for the design and supply of all the components of the wall and also will ensure that the external metal façade element is designed in conjunction with that backing wall %u2013 an issue that is often designed independently with unfortunate consequences.
Totalwall has been fully tested in conjunction with the company's metal façade and therefore can claim compliance with current regulations in the necessary areas of -
Structural performance
Airtightness
Thermal performance
Acoustic performance
Fire performance
Full test results are available on request.
As Totalwall is a lightweight metal wall, the cladding contractors who typically install metal facades are competent and comfortable with Totalwall installation and therefore responsibility for the entire wall and façade construction can rest with the one company, easing logistical and design problems.
As an aid to detailed design, CGL has produced indicative details showing not only the construction details for Totalwall, but also the integrated details for all CGL's façade options and interfaces with other building components.

IMPRONTE
Facade cladding panels
The Impronte system allows the creation of an isolated and ventilated wall, with an external thick aluminium cover made of stamped panels, mounted in cassette way. This steel treatment creates a particular refractive effect of light in different angles, obtaining the result of brilliant and colored variants that distinguish the facade. The panels are created out of sheet metal, using cold mechanic fully automatic deformation( punching).
