CURV - TAC is a camber-system for the realisation of trapezoidal sheets and curved panels with insulation. The final result permits to examine and create architectonic solutions of high-quality esthetical and functional effects.
They are manufactured through a high-tech system, able to automatically curve the panel according to the requests, creating different radius on the same sheet, starting from a minimum of 300 mm.
The bending radius is determined by the frequency and the depth of the cross drawing opportunely shaped in order to avoid water stagnation.

In wall applications, trays can be used horizontally, replacing traditional sheeting rails spanning the portal frames of the building.
The shallow profile of the tray pan creates a clean, uncluttered finish to the interior of the wall. Also, the edges of the trays serve to support the insulation material thus preventing insulation 'slump' and consequent cold spots.

Trapezoidal aluminium profiles for roofs and walls

TECU® Bond Sheets are simple but efficient in design: under high pressure, 0.5-mm-thick layers of copper are applied onto both surfaces of a polyethylene core, creating an extremely robust composite material.
The result is a façade material which is easy to work and install. In the factory the copper surfaces are covered with protective foil, which provides the material with effective protection from soiling during construction work. The foil is quick and easy to remove after installation of the sheets.
