Heat Insulation Composite System / Strip Tile
Attractive protection against atmospheric influences
Heat insulation composite systems help to considerably reduce the energy costs and are also successfully used at the renovation of old buildings. Ceramic coverings present themselves as an ideal terminal layer on outside walls. They can be laid without any problems, protect the facade against atmospheric influences and open up varied aesthetic design possibilities in addition.
Proven for thousands of years
Especially in the field of facades, ceramics, one of the oldest building materials of the world, shows its decisive advantages: the material which has proved for thousands of years is frostproof, colour- and light-fast, easy to clean, particularly durable and thus economical. Ceramics is non-combustible and does not develop toxic gases even in the case of fire at extremely high temperatures. Its superiority also becomes apparent in the facade areas exposed to impacts and soiling, because ceramics is by far more resistant than plaster and particularly easy to clean.

The alternative for connoisseurs
Developed as an economical and design alternative to the KerAion facade systems, the system KeraTwin is convincing by architectural flexibility and visual variety. The double-webbed design of the ceramic stoneware panels ensures an increased resistance to breaking in areas at risk. And the 8 mm wide joints are realized in such a way that the construction is optimally protected against driving rain. In addition, a joint profile is now available for all KeraTwin systems.
Innovation and design
With the new systems K15 and K18 (patent applied for), Agrob Buchtal once again demonstrates its innovative strength. Three types of fastening and the low own weight of 25 kg/m2 and 32 kg/m2 respectively permit a particularly economical installation even under difficult conditions. With its wide range of colours and effects, up to project-specific special solutions, KeraTwin design is ideal for creative facade design in contemporary look.

System FP of stuck facades
The facade constitutes the skin of the building. The adhesion of the ceramic pieces implies that the possible tensions that can be generated transfer finally to the tiles. Reason why the design of the same, the used system of gluing and products must offer the security and guarantee adapted to absorb these movements.

Designs with an exclusive touch
The scope of creative facade design is considerably enlarged by our varied range of exclusive special pieces. In addition to the standard sizes, the rectangular tube and the 3D profile are also available in lengths of up to 1.20 m, which can be combined with all facade systems. They can be combined with all facade systems.
Whether strictly angular or softly rounded: both categories of forms can be realized in numerous variations. In this way, external corners, embrasures and other projections can be integrated in a visually harmonious manner and safely executed with regard to construction physics. Tensions due to extreme changes in temperature, which may occur in the case of facades made of different building materials, are avoided.

Can one talk about a revolution with regard to a material? In the case of Cottostone, reality goes far beyond the imagination, making possible through advanced technologies what in nature is unfeasible.
Theancient tradition of “coccio pesto” (crushed terracotta), which can be found in the houses of Pompeii and many Palaeo-Christian basilicas, is adopted with exceptionally large terracotta slabs measuring a maximum of 120 x 300 cm.
On one hand we have terracotta made from clay dried in kilns at over 1000 °C and on the other, blocks of material obtained from the mountains and then cut into slabs for cladding: Sannini, in a joint-venture with Stone Italiana, patenting this new material - a blend of history and technology - has succeeded in founding two different cultures, two different methods of use, associating the qualities of one to those of the other.
The traditional limitations of dimension are nothing but a memory, while an unknown world for terracotta is opening, a world of raised floors in reinforced Cottostone, cavity walls and all the potential uses of stone known to this day.
In its basic sizes of 60 and 120 cm, Cottostone leaves the factory chamfered and gauged as well as having such a low absorption level that treatment is not required after laying.
Currently available in four variations with the best quality cotto, crushed and bound with specialresins and natural quartz, this material is an absolute novelty to the world and represents Sannini’s challenge to conquer the third millennium.

Porcelain tiles combine durability with maximum resistance to impact In addition, they are hygienic, easy to clean and come in a wide range of highly attractive (natural or polished) finishes. Their forms and characteristics make them comparable with natural stone.
The polished finishes can offer spectacular light reflection of more than 70%, making it the ideal choice in settings where the aim is to create a sensation of greater space; whilst the matt finishes guarantee excellent resistance to high traffic and are consequently highly recommendable for use i. public and commercial spaces.
