Capacity:
Area of the industrial park is 60, 000 m2. We have 3 coating lines so that we can control well the surface of the panel. We have 6 composite lines. We work 24 hours.
Quality:
We have our own three laboratories: mechanical, chemistry and physical. We can test by ourselves more than 20 kinds of test on ACP. We do 8 tests on coating lines and 6 when composing. And we will collect randomly the sample for every order. All the test result should be superior to the Chinese national norm and our WILLSTRONG interior norm.
Certificate:
We have obtained the Fire resistant B1 of CSTB France, Quality certified of Romania, Quality certified and fire resistant B1 of Russia, ASTM standard test etc.
Important project:
Paris Capital International Airport (Airport of Charles de Gaulle) has used WILLSTRONG 6mm, 0.5mm, Fire resistant B1 on its façade. We earned this project with the constructor French. In USD, we have Marvell-Technology Group building of Santa Clara, CA. The Federation Mansion of Russia in Moscow, the highest building in Europe has used also WILLSTRONG panel. |

| Series 3150 curtain wall combines the horizontal members of Series 3250 with structural silicone-glazed vertical mullions. Narrow 3/8" wide silicone joints and vertical mullions hidden behind the glass create the appearance of a glass wall with horizontal feature strips. |

| Strength, versatility and economics make Series 3250 curtain wall an industry favorite for low- to mid-rise applications where outside glazing is desired. Complementing the efficiency of insulated glass, Series 3250 is thermally isolated by a continuous thermal spacer interlocked with horizontal and vertical pressure plates. Two-tone colors can be achieved by specifying different finishes for the exterior face covers and interior mullions. Two piece horizontals and die cast shear blocks allow for concealed horizontal to vertical joinery without exposed screws. These joint intersections also have concealed injection molded plastic end dams for controlling any infiltrated water. Various depth mullions are available for accommodating single and multi-span structural loads. |

FunderMax Exterior is a high-quality construction product that is available in large format panels for cladding balconies and building facades.
FunderMax Exterior panels are duromer high-pressure laminates (HPL) as per EN 438-6, type EDF with extremely effective weather protection. The weather protective coating consists of double hardened acrylic polyurethane resins. They are produced in laminate presses under high pressure at high temperature.
Fundermax Exterior In order to provide the inside of balconies with a uniform light tone, it is also possible to produce FunderMax Exterior panels with a white reverse side.
Due to the varying decor structures the mounting spaces specified in our Technical Information should be reduced by about 15 %. |

To create a clean and uninterrupted façade, structurally silicone bonded fixed lights can be adjoined using just a minimal silicone joint, with no pressure plates, no protruding bolts, just one line of smooth glass.
The frames into which the glass is bonded are also minimalised, using just a simple 'L' shape angle, or possibly a channel. These aluminium profiles are hidden from view by the supporting plaster, or render, giving truly 'frameless' fenestration.
There are no problems regarding barrier loadings, as the double glazed units are composed of glass able to provide more than enough support. The glass will accommodate the necessary wind loads, transferring the forces to the minimalist framework, and into the supporting structure. |
