After a chemical hydration reaction, the cement becomes very solid and hard, almost as hard as the initial rocks from which the constituents were extracted. These are the particulars that go into the making of cement tiles. The mould used is made up of a sheet of steel polished flat, onto which is mounted a frame of heavy steel that opens and shuts thanks to a tightening device. The entire apparatus weighs nearly 15 kilos. The bottom plate is first greased. Then onto it is poured, with a spoon or funnel, a mortar of fine consistency a few centimeters thick.

Presentation
Aquapanel Floor is a dry cover intended for the realization of all the types of floors. Two versions of plates Aquapanel Floor are available:
Aquapanel Floor is a moulded plate made up of reinforced concrete with fibers 22 mm thickness.
Aquapanel Floor MF is a complex made up of a plate Aquapanel Floor and of under layer out of rockwool of strong density 11 mm thickness.
Aquapanel Floor is a resistant material of high surface hardness which brings an excellent soundproofing in partnership with Knauf Forme. Because of an excellent durability in exposure to water and moisture, Aquapanel Floor is particularly adapted to the wet buildings E2 type.

The wide range of photographic proposal, has no limit by being able to choose any high-definition images and reproduce it in various formats gives the panel an infinite scope of applications.
Imagine reproduce in large size and high quality a wall coating depicting a warm sea as the background of a massive hot tub.combined with a pavement reproducing the white sands of a stunning tropical beach.
Or look at a pavement depicting an aerial view of a city, a landscape or an ocean reproduced in large size in a particular reality and fantasy.
The high definition image will provide a strong visual impact and the plate glass gives extra gloss and transparency, giving the sense of depth.
The high hardness is ensured by a thermal process at high temperatures at which the glass is subjected only to be instantly cooled.
Following this process extra-defined tempered glass acquires a hardness three times the original glass with high bending strength and thermal shock.
Supplied in different thicknesses, with the possibility of a polyurethane backing which acts as an insulator and at the same time clinging to the glue-laying, the glass is supplied in any size up to the plate from 240cm x 120cm.

The DecorTile collection is available in three different formats, all of which evolve horizontally and vertically, conveying a strongly characterized dynamic effect. Two different processing techniques are applied, for the creation of a personalized and dynamic effect.
The first - tone on tone - alternates bright colours on a darker background with an enamelled and smooth surface. Besides the classic black and white, the colour range includes choices of strong visual impact and excellent light diffusion - orange, red, light blue and green - for a truly unique style.

Watercolors tile is a specially engineered tile with a different texture and feel than other glass tile systems. Watercolors is produced with a unique blue tinted glass. It is this special thin that allows the production of Oystershell, one of the few whites available in glass tile.

In response to the demand, Island Stone has produced the Standard Pebble tile. This tile offers an affordable way to introduce the pebble look for areas such as paths, driveways, claddings and courtyards and is also suitable for indoor use.
The way we select stones for the Standard Pebble tile means the finished product has a more variable colour and flatness profile, creating a look that is more random than the Premium Pebble tile.
Our exacting quality standards ensure the Standard Pebble tile has the form, integrity and interlocking system that is common to all our tile range.
For some applications, a mixture of our Standard Pebble and Premium Pebble tiles can be very effective. Use the Premium Pebble in feature locations and the more economical Standard Pebble in those less critical areas.
