The extended cantilever deck process also allows freeform pools to use an undertrack installation with track channel. With this technique, the tracks are laid out parallel to each other at the widest part of the pool on the first deck. A second deck is built slightly raised to allow the cover to open and close without obstruction, and it mirrors the shape of the pool.

The aim of Covrex© is to provide long lasting safety as well as aesthetics. Developed on the basis of the new French safety standards and approved NF P90-308, Covrex © pool cover is perfectly safe for children, and even adults, to walk on.
Covrex© pool cover is made from solid PVC sections to ISO 1183 and can be cut easily to fit all shape of swimming pools.
The triangular profiles are designed in such a way that they optimise heat transfer during the day and insulation during the night. In fact, the pool water temperature will be easy to maintain due to Covrex© total insulation.
As opposed to old type of pool covers, Covrex’s high PVC density gives better result when it comes to cleaning maintenance: This surface prevents any algae formation, and dirt accumulation, both on top and underneath
There are two possible installation methods: underwater installation – below the surface, giving you additional space round your pool. Or on the edge of the pool, which is cheaper and easier to install, and could be transformed into a diving platform if required.
Covrex is available in either grey/beige which fits well into most surroundings or dark blue which absorbs more of the sunlight.

The Starline Roldeck not only covers the pool and decreases costs for heating and maintenance, it also contributes to a safe swimming environment, especially when a child-safety lock is installed.
The slats of the Starline Roldeck are available in rigid PVC and super strong Polycarbonate, which is used in the automotive industry as well. The Roldeck can be installed above ground or in-ground, using different sorts of underwater installation. The winding mechanism can be protected with Roldeck Protect, an anti-corrosion coating for pools with salt, saltwater, or high levels of chlorine.
The drive mechanism for the Starline Roldeck can be an external motor or an in-roller motor which is fully integrated in the roller. These engines provide between 100 and 1000 nm depending on the size of the Roldeck.
The Starline control panel operates the Roldeck with just a few buttons. The control panel comes with connections for the child-safety lock, counter current, filter pump, pressure measurement, and an extensive error code diagnosis system which makes malfunctions easier to recognise for servicing.
The Starline Roldeck is suitable for all types of pools; concrete, liner, steel, fibreglass, and tiled pools. The Starline Roldeck can be installed during construction or afterwards as a retro-fit option. The deck-on-deck application uses track channel for seamless integration of an undertrack system on freeform pools. It can be used for concrete, vinyl-liner or fiberglass pools.
During pool construction an outer, slightly raised deck with a rectangular opening is placed around the pool. This allows the tracks, which must always run parallel to one another, to be laid out at the widest part of the pool. The track is hidden under the coping of the slightly raised deck and is therefore out of sight. With this technique, you can also include other features such as spas and waterfalls
