The original structure of the SPA DOME ORLANDO® consists of aluminium profiles which surface is finished with fired colour. Its panels are made of transparent compact polycarbonate (standard version) or relief transparent, bronze polycarbonate (alternative version) which affords a great deal of privacy to the enclosure. SPA DOME ORLANDO® is seated on a circular rail that enables revolving movement throughout a range of a full 360°. The SPA DOME ORLANDO® has an easily assembled base, anchored on a firm foundation material such as concrete or ceramic block paving.

The fascinating structure similar to those seen in “The Thousand and One Nights” or in eastern landscapes. The hemispheric shape guarantees a high degree of insulation for the whole pool and also improves heat retention. The wall elements may be easily moved on ground rails. With this system up to one third of the enclosure can be uncovered, which enables the air temperature to be regulated on hot days and allows the sun to shine directly on the pool. The dome can then rotate 360 degrees. This allows the bathers to choose a view in any direction.

The enclosure of the SPA SUNHOUSE®/SPA GRAND SUNHOUSE® is the rounded version of the SPA DOME ORLANDO®. Its larger size provides a bigger utility area. It is fitted with a movable dome shutter and two sliding doors. The model consists of two semi-domes (like the halved SPA DOME ORLANDO® model), two straight enclosure segments with sliding doors on the side and with a cap with ventilated movable enclosure roof ensuring better ventilation. The two wing slide-apart door is mounted to one of the semi-domes. It facilitates the handling of the spa and serves as the main entrance in the enclosured area. The manufacturing version with bronze (smoked color) polycarbonate panels substantially reduces the effects of the sunshine, creates an environment that is pleasant to your eyes, and helps to maintain comfortable indoor temperature. The structural components used in both types of enclosure secure not only simple and effective assembly but also low maintenance.

This is our premium enclosure unique in both function and form. This model was fi rst introduced during the Olympic Games in Greece in 2004. Its structure consists of 1 or 2 semi-domes (rounded parts). It’s central (rear) part is made up of standard enclosure segments. The main asset of this model is free movement over the whole roofed area. The sliding system facilitates the easy shifting of the segments in both ways. Each semi-dome contains a vertically movable shutter that opens from the centre outwards. The enclosure can be open and closed by one or two people (depending on the size of the structure). As an alternative, an electric roof shifting system can be used. The aluminum profiles can be manufactured with a wood imitation finish, a feature that is particularly attractive when applied to such a large enclosure.

This site shows how a carefully measured height and a well proportioned structure can deliver an impressive result - whether viewed from the inside or outside. In this example the graphite grey finish of the aluminium profile perfectly compliment the traditional stonework.

The telescopic roof is a product which distinguishes VEGAMETAL of the remainder from manufacturing pool enclosures. This product manufactured with best materials makes it possible to open the roof by means of a remote control, making it possible to eliminate excess from heat in an easy way. The roofings could be of side or central opening.
The widths lie between 3.50 there los 14.00m.
The roofings move on stainless steel gutters which have function to recover support and rainwater, for the rails, the motorization and the system anti rise. This gutter could be attached to a roofing or be fixed on the side of a wall.
The movement of opening and closing will be carried out thanks to a system of bearing in closed circuit.

The telescopic shelter Vega line leant is a shelter provided with telescopic modules which takes support on the ground and on an existing wall in order to profit from the maximum spaces available.
Displacement on the side low is carried out easily.
The telescopic shelter will be composed of telescopic modules of 2.17,3.18 or 4.25m of longitude, offering widths until 11.00m.
The shelter is available in version to 1 slope or two slopes, which will depend on the height of the bearing wall. If the shelter is proposed in version with two slopes, a stainless steel gutter will be installation and will be used at the same time of support, support for the rails, and channel to evacuate rainwater.

Telescopic cover in 3.18 and 4.25 maximum length modules with width up to 8.50 m and with very wide passage at the sides. One module will be affixed to the ground and the rest shall be telescopic until it is inserted under the first, although it permits extension of the rails . In the smaller module the façade will be tilted and moveable. The modules are independent of each other so that it is not necessary to move the façade every time the cover is opened. The covers have an effective anti-rise system which prevents the cover from rising in the event of strong winds.

Firstly is a formed low arch of removable modules. The ends are closed by vertical gables. The modules present a white thermolacquered aluminum structure and a translucent Polycarbonate coating, double wall, thickness 8 mm, anti treaty ultraviolet (completion transparency in option)
The assembly structure-coating is fixed by riveting (better results of the tests of resistance to snow and the wind on the market). The attachment unit on the ground is carried out by means of legs hinges aluminum, knurled buttons screwed in ankles of anchoring stainless.
