The S-600 system is designed as a modular structure: after purchasing its basic package it´s possible, when necessary, to expand the system along with scaling up the supervised area and scope of its tasks and functions.
The S-600 system is constructed as a network of controllers connected to a dedicated computer. The controllers manage the operating devices %u2014 locks and turnstiles. The maximal number of controllers in the system is 64. The S-600 system supports HID or EM-Marin proximity cards used as electronic passes. The maximal number of cards is 64,000.
The system can operate two types of controllers: lock controllers and turnstile controllers.
