The TK SOFT solution is the only patented system with certified performance which drastically reduces the impact noise transmitted from one floor to another.
Our solution means that noise levels considerably lower than those required by law can be achieved thus combining the advantages of a raised floor system with those of noise insulation: another Teknofloor® breakthrough.
In Italy legislation on permissible noise levels states that in this field the framework law no.447 dated 26 October 1995 applies. This law establishes the sphere of jurisdiction of the State, Regional authorities, Provincial authorities and Municipalities, introducing plans for acoustic remediation and supplying dispositions on the matter of acoustic impact.Law no. 447 "Passive acoustic requisites for buildings" Ministerial Decree 5/12/1997 indicates the maximum limits for the level of impact noise transmitted (L'nw):
Type of building
L'nwResidential, Hotels 63 dB
Hospitals, nursing homes, schools 58 dB
Offices, places of worship, commercial premises 55 dB
The law lays down that the impact noise perceived one floor away must not exceed a certain level. It is therefore clear how important the observance of such requisite is, both to avoid economic damage and to guarantee maximum comfort to the future occupants. For example, in the case of offices, with a floor 20 + 4 cm high in a clay /cement mix (300 kg/m2) a foreseen noise level of 77 dB is established: our system permits a reduction of 33-35 dB, to achieve a transmitted value of approximately 42-44 dB: absolutely superior performance compared to traditional systems.

The modern Lindner ground system FLOOR and more® with its various functionalities can be extended by several supplementary systems. Such represents the special execution FLOOR and more® to power. The combination of pollution free calcium sulfate plates with matured prescription and particularly developed heavy load supports makes a increased load-carrying capacity possible with this drying ground system. This lies the far over level of other systems floor constructions. This ground system is particularly suitable from there for the employment in museums with heavy Unikaten, for exclusive Showrooms of the motorring industry, for atria and input areas, which will drive on with heavy lifting equipment for cleaning must. Further operational areas are supermarkets, Discounter and department stores in those high shelves to be often used and fork-lift trucks for heavy transportation be used.
FLOOR and more® power convinces:
very high maximum stress
outstanding fire protection characteristics
Electrical and EDP installations invisibly in the cavity
jointless surface for free surface choice
short construction period with minimum drainage time
Combination with other Lindner ground systems possible

Intercell® is a modular flooring system from InterfaceFLOR that instantly solves the problem of cable management in the modern workspace. Designed to accommodate and conceal the complex wiring systems required for today's electronic office, Intercell® is space-efficient, neat and strong.
Intercell® Key Benefits
Makes workspaces tidy and safe
Facilitates office reorganisation
Strong, convenient, space-efficient
The sheer volume of electronic appliances used in modern offices and workspaces poses a problem for designers: what to do with all the cabling?
The answer is Intercell® from InterfaceFLOR. Each Intercell® module is a 50cm square plate with 16 short pedestals between which cables can be neatly bundled and tied. Once the cabling has been installed, sturdy square steel panels are fitted over the top to create a tidy empty floorspace, on which InterfaceFLOR carpet tiles can then be laid.
Conventional InterfaceFLOR carpet tiles can be fixed to Intercell® with low-tack adhesive or, for even greater convenience, customers can order special tiles with a magnetic backing which can simply be laid directly into the steel surface.
With Intercell® installed, space is immediately optimised since no surface area needs to be reserved for cable runs.
When the time comes for re-organising the workspace, all the cables can be easily accessed simply by lifting the carpet tiles. The cables can then be re-routed to suit the new layout.
Intercell® gives designers and facilities managers genuine flexibility in terms of optimising valuable commercial space, and creates a tidy environment that will benefit the people who work there.

The structure of the F182 consists of in a two-layered way on steel columns moved GIFAfloor gypsum fiber elements in the format 600 x 1200 mm. The individually adjustable supports are stuck together in the raster by 600 x 600 mm with the raw ground. The carrying elements are equipped with a groove feather/spring profile and have a minimum thickness of 25 mm. The 13 and/or 18 mm of thick elements of the second situation are equipped and full-laminar with the elements of the basic level are stuck together with stage crease. Both situations are moved transferred in the federation and in each case. To maintenance or Nachversorgung the lower floor panel moved power mains can also with this system in any place of the ground Elektranten, discharge openings and inspection doors later be inserted.

DESCRIPTION
This lock down floor panel range is fully rated to the requirements of the Harmonised European Standard for raised access floors, BSEN 12825. The design incorporates a unique lock down system which allows a minimum number of fixings to be used. The D-Lock system provides a cost effective solution to providing a solid platform with all of the attributes that are required of a raised access floor system.
CONSTRUCTION
These floor panels are based on a 600mm square module constructed around a high performance chipboard core. This chipboard core is machined by a process that ensures the required tolerances are met. This machining process also includes the provision of the corner lock down facility. Corner locking is achieved using a clamping washer and screw, eliminating panel movement and limiting unauthorised access to the floor void. Problems related to the incompatibility between traditional building structures, conceived as to remain unaltered in time, and technical wiring, which need to be changed continously and adapted to user new necessities, are extremely important in buildings provided with high technological environments. In the beginning, access floors had been projected only to solve problems of plant engineering in data processing centres. Today, access floors are the best solution for many other projects where technical flexibility is required.
