The Stretch Ceiling can act as a special resonance absorber, also called a micro-perforated sound absorber.
The Micro acoustic facility is available in 500,000 perforations +/- per square metre. This facility enables the user to apply an acoustic treatment to any area without compromising the cosmetic look of the project. From a physical point of view, this type of absorber acts in a way which is both fascinating and effective, the micro-perforations convert sound energy into heat energy. The viscous friction of air in the holes is reinforced by resonance in the volume of air trapped between the material and the rear
wall or existing ceiling, which generates the impressive acoustic properties of the micro-perforated sound absorbers.
The four quantities, diameter of the holes of the micro-perforation, the distance between the holes, the thickness of the panel and thickness of air space between the panel and backing determine the sound absorption coefficient of a micro-perforated sound absorber.
These four quantities allow you to tune a micro-perforated sound absorber to meet various room acoustic demands for speech, music or general noise control for a more pleasant and comfortable environment. The micro perforation can be applied to a vast array of colours and finishes.

The ceiling mounted sprinkler system is elegantly concealed behind non-combustible wire cloth elements, and at the same time is unimpaired in it's functions.
The wire cloth elements made from DOKAWELL-MONO 8965 cover an area of approximately 20,000 square meters. Each element was individually tested in our factory for uniform sagging. The unique fixing system uses slotted profiles and allows each individual element to be easily moved for access and maintenance work.

The Stretch Fabric Material is suitable to install in all types of Spa & Swimming Pool environments including Private Heath Clubs and Local Authority Sectors.
Stretch Ceilings offer increased light reflection, improved acoustics, decorative finishes and a maintenance free, water impermeable ceiling that will not require any ongoing decoration. The material will not crack or flake and is clean, hygienic, non toxic and 100% recyclable.
The System is able to cover up to 50 sq/m in one piece, although with the use of the intermediate joining rail can easily cover 1000’s of sq/m. The total swimming pool hall can therefore be provided with a practical and functional ceiling system, with a minimum of background support, unnecessary weight, joints or disruption.
Stretch Ceilings can accommodate most types of fittings and fixtures such as down lighters, grilles, sprinklers, smoke detectors and even for an added dimension fibre optic lighting can be applied to the system whilst keeping the water impermeable surface intact.
