DeAmp is developing and marketing acoustical ceilings and walls, utilizing a revolutionary technology; laser cut acoustic micro slots. Sound absorption by micro slotting makes it possible to exploit new indoor areas with smooth surfaces and excellent finish. The technology also eliminates use of mineral fibers, traditionally used in acoustic absorbers.
DeAmp metal ceilings are completely free of fibers and consequently ensure a better indoor environment and easy maintenance. Since there is no use of porous layers, there is no risk of dust problems in a fire emergency. The perforation covers less than 1% of the panel surface and consequently over 99% of the material is left as a reflecting area. DeAmp metal absorbers can also reduce energy consumptions due to their desirable thermal properties. Novelis Pre-Painted Aluminium for Inside Applications and Suspended Ceilings
Suspended aluminium ceiling elements of Novelis pre-painted aluminium are an established feature of modern interior architecture for many reasons, e.g. for their representative attractive appearance, thermal and sound insulation, integration into ventilation or lighting systems. Suspended ceilings can be found in offices and salesrooms, administrative buildings and covered walls as well as in exhibition halls, airports, service stations or swimming baths.
Novelis pre-painted coils are suitable for manufacturing of e.g. ceiling panels, grid ceilings, long panel cassettes, lamp grid elements, capping (aluminium-covered support rails) and substructure rails or partitions.
Smooth or perforated ceiling elements are mounted on substructure. In general, ceilings are installed in closed rooms. They may also be installed in "wet rooms" such as indoor swimming pools if suitable air conditioning prevents persistent condensation.

System 330 'Coolceil' incorporates a Radiant Chilled Ceiling element in the rear of the tile. Supported from either an Omega C-Profile with a M6 thread form or a plain C-Profile. GEOMETRIX™ 3-D Metal ceiling panels are made of lightweight aluminum panels and lend unique perspective and unexpected dimension to ceiling spaces. They are available in a variety of designs and in varying depths, installing easily into 9/16" narrow-profile and 15/16" standard suspension systems (and 9/16" and 15/16" profile DONN® Ceiling). They allow full ceiling accessibility.
The 2'x2' GEOMETRIX panels can be combined either to create 3-D patterns or used randomly to add dimensional variety. Optional COMPÄSSO™ Suspension Trim may be added for a more finished appearance at exposed edges.

Our Standard product line consists of acoustical ceiling panel, designed and manufactured for the installation of acoustical ceilings. Standards panels have to be suspended on a modular exposed grid system allowing for a complete accessibility of the plenum.
The H-TONE Trim and Reveal panels are fixed into 24 mm. grid system. Once installed the Trim-edge panels remain on the same level of the grid system, whereas the Reavel-edge panels create a cassette appearance. The H-TONE Narrow ceiling panels are installed on a modular exposed 15 mm. grid system. This Narrow grid system perfectly integrates with the ceiling plain, creating the almost perfect architectural requirement of a monolytic ceiling.
The H-TONE products contain no toxic or poisonous substances, they are finished with a vinyl based white coating, and offer in the various face patterns available a high level of acoustical absorption and insulation values.

General technical features
Suspended ceiling made of 1,200 x 3,000 x 12.5 thick plasterboard panels, fixed using phosphated, self-tapping screws to a double grid constructed of metal “C” sections. The framework is properly tied to the structural ceiling using adjustable steel hangers, which help ensure that it is perfectly square and level. Linear ceilings have been popular for decades, thanks to their unique visual
appeal. Now, we are able to offer more options than ever. Instead of using solid wood planks, we laminate thin Arboreal® veneer or Saranté™ to aluminum struts. This means linear wood ceilings weigh less, are available in an increased range of panel widths, and are free of the urea formaldehyde found in particleboard cores. A full spectrum of metal finishes are also available.

SAS System 130 is a range of lay-in tiles supported from SAS Alugrid or SAS Tee Grid. Alugrid-Q features a continuous lineal recess with an M6 thread and negative quirk relief detail abutting the ceiling tiles, giving a completely flush ceiling. Alugrid-P is a plain version without the threaded recess and gives a completely flush ceiling. Tee Grid is a butt cut exposed grid that provides a tegular effect.
