The ramps are generally made of a wooden frame, and finished with a black anti-slip rubber.
The junction between the ramp and the access floor is a metallic profile. The ramp nosing is made of an aluminium profile.
The recommended slope of a ramp is 5%, with a maximum of 10%.
Handling of loads on the ramps must be made with appropriate means, under the responsability of the user. |

walls system, hinged doors and sliding doors with hidden support sections
A system which as part of its developmet was planned to achieve as much simplicity as possible. This technology was refined to remove every kind of visual technical complication and all connecting elements "disappear" from view producing walls which merge invisibly into the floor and suspended ceiling. This architectural vision deliberately planned by removing unnecessary detail aims to reclaim the pure essence of architecture. |

The TK SOFT solution is the only patented system with certified performance which drastically reduces the impact noise transmitted from one floor to another.
Our solution means that noise levels considerably lower than those required by law can be achieved thus combining the advantages of a raised floor system with those of noise insulation: another Teknofloor® breakthrough.
In Italy legislation on permissible noise levels states that in this field the framework law no.447 dated 26 October 1995 applies. This law establishes the sphere of jurisdiction of the State, Regional authorities, Provincial authorities and Municipalities, introducing plans for acoustic remediation and supplying dispositions on the matter of acoustic impact.Law no. 447 "Passive acoustic requisites for buildings" Ministerial Decree 5/12/1997 indicates the maximum limits for the level of impact noise transmitted (L'nw):
Type of building
L'nwResidential, Hotels 63 dB
Hospitals, nursing homes, schools 58 dB
Offices, places of worship, commercial premises 55 dB
The law lays down that the impact noise perceived one floor away must not exceed a certain level. It is therefore clear how important the observance of such requisite is, both to avoid economic damage and to guarantee maximum comfort to the future occupants. For example, in the case of offices, with a floor 20 + 4 cm high in a clay /cement mix (300 kg/m2) a foreseen noise level of 77 dB is established: our system permits a reduction of 33-35 dB, to achieve a transmitted value of approximately 42-44 dB: absolutely superior performance compared to traditional systems. |

The Gim-Pf panel allows air supply at any location of the access floor.
These panels are entirely made of steel and compatible with all other Gamma panels.
Loading performances :
The load classes of the Gim-Pf panels are identical to the classes of the panels they mixed with.
Air flow Characteristics :
The total free area per panel is 8 dm².
Optional adjustable sliding dampers can be fitted for adjustment of the air flow.
The graph below shows the possible air flow according to the air pressure in the plenum and the air pressure drop according to the air flow. |

Raised floors have become very popular in recent years, due mainly to technological advancements and the propagation of IT systems. Unlike a convention floor, this solution leaves space under the walking surface for routing lines for utilities (electric power, lighting and air conditioning), data transfer (IT networking and telephony) and automation systems (security and fire systems).
Rationalised space usage and superior functionality are made possible by the extreme versatility of this type of flooring, which may be modified easily, quickly and inexpensively. |
