40 Eastbourne Terrace is a prominent office building, directly opposite London’s Paddington Station which has been completely refurbished to provide 76000 sq ft of office space. The new glass frontage of the building provides a dramatic view of the helical staircase rising through five floors from the basement to the top floor.
