The RECTOR PPR flat beams are 7 cm thick and 9 cm wide prestressed concrete elements that can be handled manually; paired together, they are particularly intended for the production of beams above ground floors to be concealed in the plenum of a suspended ceiling.
They are calculated to withstand only one house floor with or without compression table and verified by the RECTOR Engineering Department. Their use offers the safety and guarantee of a certified product.

The prestressed concrete beams are components of structure being able to be used like support to support the floors or alone to carry out structures post-beam.
They make it possible to cross an important range with a weak repercussion.
Scope of application:
The beams are implemented in all the types of works. They find a use privileged in the residential buildings, but also in the writing desks, the buildings industrial and the carparks.

Prefabricated in factory with complete industrial tools, the components of frame RECTOR are elements of structure of high-quality out of concrete prestressed by adherent wire or reinforced concrete.
They are intended for the realization of frameworks of works by assembly of the elements between them, for other horizontal or vertical ready-made units, or for cast parts in place. They constitute whole or part of the resistant structure thus.
For the vertical elements of structure, they are posts height of stage or multilevel, of props of cladding and prémurs. For the horizontal elements, they are longitudinal beams, beams, breakdowns.

The buildings gantries are carried out out of reinforced concrete and are composed of three elements, except for the spans lower than 15 m which require only two elements. The gantries are run in metal formwork on a metal support. The reinforcement differs according to the span, the height and the load on the gantries.
The feet of the gantries are placed and run in the foundations prefabricated. This unit is filled with mortar resistant to the withdrawal.
The composition of the concrete is given in accordance with the applicable standards and satisfy standard NBN B15-001, class C40/50 strength and S500 steel.

Beams have different notations according to their function and position.
They are measured in all different forms and dimensions, and manufactured most commonly as pre-stressed elements.
|
|
|
Precast beams are manufactured in a variety of sizes, shapes and lengths. They are used to construct skeletal building frames. The Consolis Group has standardized the cross-sectional dimensions of the products and normally they are prestressed. The prestressing force and the beam length is adapted to each specific project. The elements are provided with details and inserts for connections and other specific purposes, for example for fixings, openings, etc.

The RECTOR I beams are made of prestressed concrete, with or without end strut. They support the purlins and are used to transfer the stress onto the columns. They can be of constant inertia or variable along the height.
|

Concrete roof elements (Double T units) are mainly used in residential construction and long span industrial and commercial buildings, such as sport halls. The Consolis Group produces two main types of elements: namely ribbed lightweight roof units and hollow-core slabs. These components are usually prestressed.
The main features of the elements are:
* Light weight due to slender cross-sections
* Large spans
* Smooth soffit
* Easy and quick to install

BEAMS TO H
Beams of roofing to constant section, with geometric profile to H, on which the tegoli they support to saddleback. On the credit side upper wing surface introduces a conformation to channel for the collection and digestion of meteoric waters.

Prestressed, prefabricated inverted "T" beams of variable widths and heights produced using continuous slip-form machines. For use in the construction of man-made tunnels also with anti-landslide guards, flooring systems for viaducts and bridges, canal road covers and large industrial flooring systems.

The Pegaso structural system%u2019s main feature is a plane prestressed reinforced concrete slab with an open edge and diminishing in cross-section. The Pegaso slab is combined with pillars (including PVC rainwater down-pipes and overhead travelling crane bracket if needed), TH ground beams and closing gables.
The Pegaso slab diminishing in cross-section allows water to flow through the external edges, thus bypassing the construction of inside building sewer and drainage systems; in the event of extraordinary rainfalls the extrados shape and width allow a remarkable storage capacity and a fast draining of waters.

The Zephir structural system is the latest and most developed output of the company%u2019s production research path; Zephir consists of microshed slabs, plane ground beams and closing reinforced concrete or sandwich gables.
The Zephir system was developed by our Precast Division in cooperation with the Faculty of Engineering in Parma, Italy: the output is a prestressed reinforced concrete element used in the roofing of wide surface areas; it has excellent technical and functional features and a high architectural value.
Its tubular section provides the product with a remarkable traverse camber stiffness, which envisages long-term window frame duration, while the wide surface base guarantees high stability and makes it particularly safe during installation.
Thanks to its high storage capacity and its shape, water, however abundant, flows naturally rapidly and effectively on it.

Nearly all construction problems in building and industrial construction can be surmounted extremely well using prefabricated individual elements and segments. The systems have been technically perfected and are particularly attractive in terms of price and performance - your construction budget will be noticeably relieved.
Heberger pre-engineered construction services can point to a number of reference construction projects underlining a further aspect: reinforced and prestressed, precast concrete component construction is quite comparable to "classically" constructed buildings and offers the same variety of forms and architectural aesthetics. We produce nearly every kind of construction element for building construction, civil engineering and industrial facility construction. With such a broad spectrum of services together with our strong reputation in this sector, we are able to offer tailor-made solutions for every application.
