The FT Form® - the stop of formwork
Integrated in factory during the manufacture of the wall Précoffré®, the stop of formwork FT Form® consists of a thin section in Ductal® (Concrete Ultra High efficiencies).
It makes it possible to carry out butts of wall, framings of doors and windows with a smooth and clean completion, without recovery on building site.
The stop of formwork FT Form® is an ideal solution of replacement of the formwork wood. The time-saver formwork - dismantling is very significant.
The absence of waste on building site allows a better management on building site and takes part in the respect of the environmental constraints on building site. The wall thus manufactured can be left out of concrete of aspect "left factory", without additional finishing nor completion.
Dimensions available:
Length m: up to 3,80
Width cm: 16,18,20,22,24,25,30, and 35

These are copings specially adapted to Précoffré ® walls. Made of H.P.C. (High Performance Concrete) they are stronger and designed specifically to make them more watertight and cleaner than traditional products.
They permit building enclosure walls and acroterions by conserving the bare concrete without additional finishing.
- Available for walls from 25 cm to 30 cm
-Length 1 m for 25 cm walls
-Length 0.74 m for 30 m walls

The Précoffré® wall is composed of two reinforced concrete panels produced in 4 automated steps: formwork, reinforcement, concreting, baking. The formwork is then removed from the Précoffré® wall which is immediately stored in the delivery container. The loading order for each container matches the laying conditions: each element is identified in order to provide optimised site logistics.
Whether road or rail transport, and storage on site, every step prepares for assembly, making childs%u2019 play out of concrete construction done quickly and safely.

FEHR Technologies has designed a process dedicated to architectonic facades.
A large number of finishes are possible: stone, rock, grooves, wood, hydrated lime, silk screened, etc.
A surprising fact: silk screening can be used to reproduce a black and white photo on a bare concrete surface.
-maximum panel dimensions: 3.8 m x 12.3 m
-wall thickness: from 20 to 40 cm
-concrete quality: fixed at C 40/50 at minimum
-maximum dimensions of photographs (silk screening):
1.2 m x 2.5 m

|
The Précoffré® wall combined with a preslab permits building tailor-made basements within a record time of only 1 to 3 days. Besides the speed of construction it offers, the system provides a clean and smooth basement laid under optimal safety conditions. Fehr Technologies%u2019 basements are the ideal complement for individual constructions in sustainable and natural materials.

The prémurs are a process of wall with integrated formwork, consisted of two reinforced concrete walls thin, maintained spaced by metal stiffeners vertical and being used as formwork in work with a ready-mixed concrete.
Buildings
External walls running and interiors for the villa, the locative and of the similar applications. Walls a face in contiguous zones or within the framework of transformation. Walls admitted in seismic zone.
Civil engineering
Retaining walls. Construction of basin, tanks, pits with liquid manure, silos etc underground Car parks even in immersed zones.
Industrial

To profit from the advantages of the PRÉMUR :
- A solution overmeasure
- Optimization of labor and reduction of the expenses of equipment on building site
- Reduction of the costs and the completion periods
- Reduction of the completions thanks to the facing ready to paint
To profit from an external insulation intégrée :
- Guaranteeing a healthier habitat by the removal of the thermal bridges, allowing to remove the cold points source of discomfort and thus limiting the development of moulds and microbes
- Allowing the improvement of interior comfort by the reduction in the variations in interior temperatures thanks to the very strong inertia of the concrete playing the reversible part of storage of calories (heat in winter and freshness in summer)
