A fabric furniture that looks towards the very famous ganzo, typical Venetian lampas distinguished by the wealth of metallic yarns and which were the crowning glory of the golden silk industry in Venice. The decoration, in a style that can be attributed to the early eighteenth century, consists here of exotic fruit and vegetation joined by a winding and elegant lace ribbon. The sheen of the materials used in this lampas evokes the opulent metallic luminosity of the original types, carefully blended with the sophisticated palette of the silk. |

Inspired by the delicate silks often used in the creation of traditional Japanese kimonos, our Kimono is a beautiful small-scale tonal jacquard. The pattern of Kimono is reminiscent of those found in traditional obi fabrics furniture with an abstract, geometric effect. The textile also has the added detailing of a small running stitch effect across the face, which combined with the slight shine, gives the face added depth and interest.

Crowson Fabrics furniture presents Venetian Silks, an elegant collection of opulent silks, which, as its name implies, is classical, elegant and luxurious.
Venetian Silks consists of a large, traditional damask complemented by four textured plains. The flowing motif of Levanto is reminiscent of the splendour of Venice, with its sumptuously decorated palazzos and rich luminescent colours. It is accompanied by Capri, a plain silk dupion, Rimini, a broad two-tone stripe, Padova, a small honeycomb weave and Treviso, a burnished effect small stripe.
The silks, which enjoy a timeless appeal, are suitable for both drapery and accessories.
