The Tilt and Turn Kit is composed of an ambidextrous mechanism adaptable to windows having a width between 365 mm. and 1.300 mm. and a height between 500 mm. and 2.450 mm.
Supplemental arms are envisaged for applications where the widht is greater than 1.300 mm. and supplemental closures where the height exceeds 1.200 mm.
The mechanism is also provided with a special system for the protection against incorrect manoeuvres, forced entry protection , various adjustment devices and It’s characterized by an installation performed using a simple and intuitive procedure that reduces the installation times.
Another , but not the last important characteristic is provided by the fact that It’s possible to match the B 101 cremone aesthetically matching the kit with the rest of normal hinged opening windows.
It should be noted that the height of the hinge unit is equal to 100 mm. adapting itself to the aesthetics of the standard hinge closing window.

CHARACTERISTICS
Reversible type hinges designed and made with a particular fixing system. In fact, in the materials provided there are 4 special stainless steel screws; the particular shape of these screws, once the hinge is screwed on, create interferences on the door frame, considerably increasing hinge bearing capacity. In addition, the fixing plates in stainless steel furnished with, are knurling on sides to permit more fixing tightness. The results achieved are the fruit of technical tests that ENGIEI has conducted on all types of sections.

VENICE hinge for Eurogroove profiles.
Hinge body and counterplates in extruded aluminium, adjusting bush in Delrin, pivot and screws in stainless steel, caps. in nylon. Hinge suitable for doors manufactured from window profiles. It is fitted directly on profile grooves with no need of further machining. It is supplied with pre-assembled counterplates and can be horizontally ( /- 1mm) adjusted when the door is in the closed position. |

Optimum performance for light-weight doors
Bridge2 is the comb hinge for light-weight doors and windows made using window profiles. It is recommended for use in applications that involve particular cross stress on the pin axis, for example in the case of a very wide sash or an inward or outward opening window.
Bridge2 can be used for load capacities of up to 90kg.
The special shape of the hinge and the channel fixing plates allows fast assembly, even on openings that are already installed, adn perfect positioning of the hinge. Thanks to the removable pin it is possible to separate the sash from the frame without having to dismantle the hinge.
The hinge is supplied fully ready-assembled, with the sole exception of the frame fixing plate. The wide range of articles allows the hinge to be fitted on flush and overlapping sashes made from all the main window profiles. |

Domina is the practical and functional front application hinge for the construction of doors with door profiles. Notable for its simple and linear design, which integrates perfectly with the main profiles, it is available in 2-leaf and 3-leaf versions.
The pressure and side adjustments can be carried out easily after door installation, without lifting the sash. The strenght of the hinge enables it to withstand load capacities of up to 120kg.

CHARACTERISTICS
This hinge has been designed for safety or armoured doors because of its installation and capacity characteristics. The plate covering the securing screws is fixed with a dowel from the inside of the hinge and can only be removed when the door is open.
