The Trend balustrade with its solid wooden handrail is divided in more parts where you can lean the spindles from the third groove, Every spindle is supported by anodised aluminium arches and they are connected with the following through wires in stainless steel.
The Trend balustrade idea was thought for T round spiral staircases.

TREND
The ash handrail of the Trend banister is subdivided Into several parts under which the triple-grooved balusters are placed. Each baluster is flanked by arches of anodised aluminium and is attached to the next by cables of rust-proof steel. The Trend banister is designed for spiral T round staircases.
