Designed with complete mobility and ease of transport, carts are available from large capacity to small to best conform to the needs of the individual operation and are available with a choice of covered or uncovered plate carriers. With full perimeter, wall-friendly bumpers, and adjustable electronic thermostats with digital display, Alto-Shaam Halo Heat will provide the longest possible holding life with no need for moisture pans, water, or canned heat.

Our largest model, 1000-BQ2/192 has two side-by-side, vertical compartments, each individually controlled with an on/off power switch and adjustable, electronic control. Holds up to 192 plated meals, has four doors and six heavy duty casters.
