Curved glass styling available in both full-service and self-service designs. Separate heat zones are thermostatically controlled with a 1-10 thermostat. Heated well is maximized for full merchandising potential, holding a full range of standard pan sizes, as well as full-size or half-size sheet pans. Overhead lighting is controlled with on/off switches in multiple zones. Expanded footprint is now 35" deep. Available in three lengths - a full 48", 72" or 96" with an 18 gauge, non-magnetic stainless steel interior. ED2SYS systems are mounted directly on a low profile, European style base with storage shelf or optional holding cabinets.
