4535 SERIES Alumico Architectural Inc

The 4535 SERIES window system manufactured by Alumico Architectural Inc., will be in accordance with the following specifications:

The outside and inside frame aluminum extrusions shall be joined by means of a rigid PVC thermal barrier. They shall be crimped in order to obtain an assembly of 114,3mm (4 1/2"), 139,7mm (5 1/2") or 165,1mm (6 1/2") deep. Snap-on glass stops will secure the insulating unit from the inside. The glass shall be sealed by a flexible glazing gasket on the inside and buit-in shim glazing tape on the outside (supplied and installed by the window contractor).

The frame shall have mechanically joined corners, or shall be joined with a screw spline system to form precise and solid joints.

Joints shall be assembled precisely, cuts shall be true, free of burrs and rough edges.
,br> The 4535 Series window system meets the FIXED, B7 and C5 performance levels of the CSA 440-M90. The temperature index for this window is I=62.

All aluminum components shall be made of 6063 alloy with T-5 temper.
