Amoplay Ping-Pong table Created in Concrete The new concept of Amoplay Line, recreational and educational equipment, for all ages. The new proposal came from the perceived need, to create spaces intergenerational shared by various ages, structuring an innovative concept, around educational games and entertainment in concrete, for little ones and adults alike. Play is a child’s default behaviour. Playing is a fundamental activity to human growth and development, be it on a physical, cognitive, mental or social level. The need to find alternative playing equipments for outdoor spaces lead the project’s extensive research. Looking at our landscape and cultural heritage – and reminiscing over our own childhood memories – we strived to find new ways of outdoor entertainment that could freely combine physical and mental activities, while allowing users an engaging and creative exploration of these equipments.
